Cheap, but not a cheerful experience
I gave these guys a go as they were a tad cheaper than my existing hosting provider (Namecheap). At first the hosting was just slow, which was inconvenient but not a deal breaker, then my monitoring would alert me to multiple outages and my ISP started getting blocked on the firewall. Tech support managed to unblock the firewall which I will accept could be a misconfiguration on one of the email accounts but failed top resolve the outages, instead stating it was working. This was a bit odd when a) I can't get into anything (and this was after they verified my IP was not blocked) and b) an external monitor (testing from multiple IPs and countries) can't see my sites. In the end, I gave up and moved back to my previous supplier and reliable service with fantastic support, just a little pricier. You don't know until you try, or somebody else tries and tells you (which is why I'm here!)
