Everything went smooth. Only thing I think could improve is using your email more. Signatures and papers can be done online in this day and age and I don’t think we should have to drop papers off because someone doesn’t know how to e-mail. I don’t mind teaching or showing how to do it but it can be an inconvenience for people that work the same hours (like me) and have to take time off just to bring signed papers in.

Just refinanced my house with Accurate Mortgage, and used Donnie Smith for the 2nd time as he did our original loan. I’ve done other loans before and Donnie and his team make it as smooth as can possibly be and really takes the time to break all the information and options down. I refer him to everyone I know!
