My experience with Accurate Mortgage Group has been wonderful. They kept me up to date on everything and even accommodated me by sending someone to me when i was unable to travel to them. I highly recommend them and Janet Yanez was amazing through the whole process and answered all questions and explained everything until I understood it.

Start to finish on our refi was very smooth and very well communicated by the Accurate Mortgage team. This is our third time to use Accurate Mortgage and will most likely not be the last. Thanks again to Dawn and Jodie!

For the most part, everything was great. However, a phone call to let a person know you are sending something by email would be a great help. I myself check my email first thing in the morning and do not check it again until the next day. Also, your emails should show that they are coming from accurate not someones name you have never heard of. Because of this I deleted important information and delayed my closing.

Thank you for the constructive feedback, Joanne. We will make sure it's received by the team you worked with. And, thank you for choosing Accurate Mortgage Group for your refinance. We appreciate your business and your review!

Finally closed on loan today but beware of doing this at the Smyrna office. They do not believe in masks and Covid-19. No one was wearing a mask and got comments from the loan officer basically telling me I didn't need to wear one. It was the most uncomfortable experience me and my wife have ever been through. I will never deal with this company again and if me or my family get compromised because of these ignorant individuals I will see them in court. Looks like all you are is a number to them to make money off of and they do not care about your personal health.

Russ, thank you for providing more information so we could identify you as one of our clients. As a follow-up to the recent conversation you had with our president regarding your concerns, we'd like to publicly apologize for the issues you encountered with your loan team. If management would have been made aware of the issues sooner, please know that we would have addressed the problem at that time in order to ensure your experience at least ended on a positive note. We regret that this didn't happen and are putting corrective measures into place to try to prevent these things from happening again. Please know that this is not a typical experience for our customers. We appreciate your willingness to discuss the matter with us, we thank you for business and we strive to do better going forward. We wish you and your family only the best.
