Quick, Easy, Highly Recommend.
Matt & Beth were quick to respond, made it super simple and overall pleasant experience. It felt like they were a part of our team and on our side, wanting us to win with purchasing the house. All about the customer and not about them. Highly recommend! We will be using them again.

This was the best mortgage experience ever!
This was the best mortgage experience I have ever had. Donnie and his crew were great to deal with and kept me updated throughout the process. Things could not have gone better.

Alan McLaughlin was a great agent to work with. He is friendly, understands the business and trust worthy. His partner, Terrie Ogles, was equally great to work with. She kept me up to date on what was going on and timely responses to any questions I had. Based on my experience with both of these folks I would absolutely recommend Accurate Mortgage to any family and friends!

It took 7 weeks to do a refinance
It took 7 weeks to do a refinance, it was horrible we where being helped by Brad Owens and Terri Ogles and they did nothing but give us the run around. I had to call a Manager Steven Kenney Which stepped in and resolved everything in a couple of days! There is over 200 emails between the 2 I’m which included request for a manager to call me which never happened until I made the call!! I could never get a straight answer from them and we passed He first closing date because they would not do their job.. I do hope that these 2 are no longer with the company and I also hope that Steven Kenney is acknowledged for his ability to step in and get things done!

It’s clear that the loan originator you worked with, who has moved on from our company, dropped the ball on this one. While we’re glad our director of operations was able to help resolve the issues and ultimately get your loan closed, we regret that it took as long as it did. Know that we are reviewing the situation in detail to figure out how we can correct our mistakes and prevent something like this from happening in the future. We appreciate your candid response and will strive to do better.
