Bought a “Fabric the Steam Engine” portable iron - grossly over priced (was in US$ when I thought it was AU$) then arrived with the wrong plug - so I can’t even plug it in! According to them it’s not their fault, I should just buy an adapter to convert it to an Australian plug! They keep insisting it’s not their fault/problem. BTW after much complaining they offered a $3US refund!!! BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered Christmas ornaments on 11/4/2023. Initial tracking information supplied by the merchant showed my items coming from Real, Spain. Then it showed that my item was held up in New Orleans, LA for several weeks. This gave me a bad feeling, so I contacted the seller on 12/20/2023 via email to cancel my order and return my funds. They refused to do so. I again asked them two more times (over the next couple weeks) and was denied because my order was "on its way." After the email on 12/20/2023, I checked the tracking information which magically showed that it had shipped from China on 12/19/2023. All the previous information about transiting from Spain to New Orleans had been erased. Then, on 1/9/2023, the tracking from "China Post" showed that my package had been delivered to my address in Arizona. HOWEVER, IT NEVER CAME!! I literally paid for something that never arrived, and the seller is flat-out lying about it. I tried disputing this transaction through PayPal, but it unfortunately wasn't ruled in my favor because of the fake "tracking information" provided by the seller. Now, I am disputing the charge with my own bank merely out of principle. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER - AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered a basketball back in the middle of December with expedited delivery and still haven’t gotten it. I’ve tried getting in touch with company but they will not give me a refund for the basketball that will never see the light of day. It’s now January 23. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to give them one star for their service but I had to give them something to write this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. BAD COMPANY.

I ordered a guitar calendar. It's been 15 days now and it started off in Ireland and guess where it is now. Yep that right. Inspection in Ireland still. Ridiculous!! They need Shut Down 😠 😡

Received the 2 shirts I ordered today size 3xl. They would probably fit me if I was a 10 year old child. Buyer beware

This company and products do not meet reasonable use conditions. Within days these products will be neither useful nor ornamental. Nothing short of a fraud. Neither recommendable nor take the risk of gifting to your known circles.

I order the Book Lovers Heart in October or November, 2023. I kept getting updates on the shipping; first to Austria then finally into the States, then Sioux Falls, SD, etc. I figured I was never going to get them and was going to have my charge removed from my credit card, which is no easy task. Yesterday, December 27 I received a mysterious package, and surprise - my items as ordered were here! The ornaments are wooden hearts with the books printed on. They are not raised or embossed in anyway like the picture shows, but they are pretty cute for the tree. So I am satisfied with the product, not the delivery.
