Called support today to update the program to the most current version, so that the POS and accounting would work together with all the updates. The Support service folks are polite and helpful. Even after I was done (and phone call disconnected), I had another question and I was able to discuss via email to obtain an answer.

We have been using Accupos since July of 2003. We operate 10 retail locations and use QuickBooks Enterprise. Sales are transported each evening to our headquarters and imported into QuickBooks automatically. Service (when needed) has been great. I would recommend Accupos to anyone looking for a POS system. Tech Support from AccuPOS is excellent! They are polite, knowledgeable, and always willing to resolve whatever issue arises. I have never felt rushed or viewed as an imposition on their time; if an issue requires a great deal of time or effort to solve it they graciously step into the breach. Nothing but Kudos to these folks.
