I was prescribed Impavido by my Md after several attempts to speak with a pharmacist I was told they didn’t have the drug after being disconnect several times and having to call back ( over 3 hours of wasted time) which is obvious because it needs to be ordered thru the manufacturer by the pharmacy…. I called after hours to get a pharmacist to call me back when he called me back I was told that I personally had to fill out the form and request the medication. After speaking with the manufacturer again specifically was told the pharmacist needs to order to medication not the patient. I’m forced to fill with Accreedo due to my insurance so I am 5 days awaiting a life saving medication… next step getting an attorney and also a neurologist. Accreedo IS LESS THAN INCOMPETENT!!!!!!

Worst company to order refills. Their automated service and internet app still requires you to call customer service and REPEAT everything you have already completed on a monthly REFILL order when you have 8 months of prescription remaining. Even though your payment is accepted, you still have to call Customer Service to process the order.

Horrible delivery. They are so incompetent it’s laughable. They choose UPS to deliver to a FedEx facility. FedEx rejects and sends back. The cycle repeats. Unsurpassed incompetence.

This company is terrible. Do not use if you do not have to. I had to switch from Optum specialty pharmacy after my insurance changed to Cigna. They cannot handle refills or billing in a timely manner. You will have to call multiple times. I had not a single issue using Optum and now every month is problematic. Just read every other review here, you will experience the same thing. Avoid them if you can help it.

Simply the worst. This company is dysfunctional, does not keep self accountable for responsiveness, is focused on payment (not patients). Accredo is express script company which is owned by Cigna as non core business imo. If you call pharmaceutical company providing drug they will help as accredo incompetence not new issue

This is the worst, most frustrating company I have to deal with in my health management. It takes no less than 2 to 3 calls to a customer service rep to get anything accomplished and they rarely have any idea what they are doing. I've had them delete my insurance, delete the pharmacy program through Express Scripts, and on and on. I would rather wait on hold for a rep who can understand what's going on than be answered quickly by someone that just causes me more work. They desperately need better CSR hiring and training practices! Ironically, this health company is absolutely terrible for my health!

Accredo keeps failing to refill my prescription. The first time, the person entering the prescription in their system made a mistake, leaving off the refills. Then they couldn't fix it and so they deleted it. Then they went on personal leave for four weeks and no one else could work on it. Since then, the only refill we got on time was because I started calling 3 weeks early. The other four were between 3 and 6 weeks late. And each time, they tell me they will expedite. I'd hate to see what the standard delay would be. Unrelated, but still annoying, they keep telling me they need a payment, but every time I try to pay the bill, they ask me to pay later because their system isn't accepting payments right now. The last bill took 7 weeks before they would accept a payment.

I had to switch to this bulls*%t specialty pharmacy thanks to my new insurance. I’m sure that’s the only way they can stay in business bc their customer service sucks. My doctor sent my prescriptions in days ago and they still said they can’t be shipped bc the pharmacist never verified. Plus I am out of this specialty medication and the rep said I just have to go without bc they can’t expedite anything. Never use the company!!!!
