This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Please if you are on life saving medication do not use them. They take forever to fill the orders. they rarely call you when they say they will. This month The Dr. sent my monthly script on Monday. I have to call them everyday to get the status and they just say its being processed. well today is Tuesday (9 days have gone by). Still no medication. I'm currently on hold (20minutes so far) trying to find out why it's been so long. I keep missing dosages (chemo) but they don't seem to care. they just say we will call you back and never do.

If you have a choice go anywhere else, even if you have to switch insurance plans to do so. I was never told I had to switch to them until I was out of my specialty medication. My doctor sent them all my info immediately and I provided them with my insurance. Even after my insurance had paid the claim and was calling on my behalf they made excuse after excuse for why it isn’t shipping yet to me including that it was still pending insurance verification. So now I’m at their mercy and still have no clue when I’ll receive my medication.

This pharmacy is so slow at processing and the worst to deal with. I cannot believe how long and how many phone calls it takes to get a simple prescription. I dread dealing with them.

Accredo is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. Terrible communication between their departments, with us, doctors, etc. Every time I speak with someone, I'd get different answers and no one is ever actually able to help. It took 2 months to get a simple medication started! It has been the same issue with all other medications. I would avoid them like the plague if possible!

This online pharmacy needs to be shut down or sued into non-existentance. They constantly botch orders, lie and say medications are scheduled but then are never shipped, and require hours of transfers and holds to get their incompetence fixed. People's lives depend on these medications and this company is a total sh!t show. Their entire upper management should have criminal charges lodged against them

Wow, my experience sounds identical to the review before me. Avoid using Accredo if you can. I'm stuck with them for filling my daughter's prescription and they are totally incompetent at processing refill requests. The medication is in shortage and every time I go to refill, there seems to be another authorization needed and when they promise 24-48 hour processing and you call back 48 hours later, you are back at square one. They claim to have record of previous calls, but can't explain why no progress has been made. The worst...

I hate that the medicine I rely on is I my available to me thru them. I’ve had nothing but bad luck with them. I have been using them for OVER A YEAR and NOT ONCE out of ALL of those refils have they been capable of actually doing their job. EVERY SINGLE TIME some piece of super important information magically disappears from my chart. I cannot even BEGIN to tell you how many times my insurance info “got lost”. When I moved homes I literally had to change my address with them THREE TIMES and then they STILL sent my very time sensitive medication to the wrong address. To refill a medication you supposedly just have to reply “YES” to a text they send you or order it through the app. Then when you do you get it always says that it couldn’t be refilled without you calling them… then when you do they judge you for calling instead of replying to the text. I am so not the kind of person to “Karen” and leave bad reviews but man. I really need them to get their sh!t together

I was without medicine for a month for my multiple sclerosis and started having symptoms.. They called my old doctor and canceled my prescription. And then when it received prior authorization and a new prescription, they said it was not covered. So I had to call express scripts who said everything was fine and called accredo for me to settle the matter. Most incompetent I have encountered. They play with people's lives and nothing you can do.
