DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will jerk you around all day every day. You will never get your prescriptions. My wife has been suffering from Psoriasis for the last 6 months, and it's getting worse by the day. At least 3 days a week she is on the phone with them for over 2 hours. Every time, it's "We should have an answer for you tomorrow". Tomorrow never comes!

They may be the worst pharmacy that I have EVER dealt with. Trying to get medication for our daughter has been a nightmare. Companies like this are the reason that people lose trust in the insurance/medical system.

Add me to the list of reviewers that wish there was a Zero rating. I have been dealing with them for a month and have heard the same excuses as others and still dont have my chemo meds. I was told Medicare denied it, then on another call i was told we dont have your insurance info. I have given my insurance info 3 times to them. Each call has a new excuse and i'm told "we are verifying your information and someone will call you in 24 to 48 hours. So far i have NEVER been called and i still dont have my medications. I agree, is this a real pharmacy??

Why can’t I rate a zero or a negative. Such a terrible pharmacy that tells you something different from everyone you speak with. They should not be in business. Customer service rep had the nerve to say I don’t like your attitude.

This is truly the worst specialty pharmacy around. I've been using them for 3 refills and one is yet to go smoothly. They have numerous issues including the app doesn't update properly, false delivery dates are repeatedly given, billing is done prior to any medication being sent, no one at customer service speaks English clearly, and they are completely unreliable. I've had to reschedule multiple appointment in order to allow for medications to arrive late. Frequent computer generated calls are made with no one to speak to you when you answer. Just save yourself the headache, use Alliance instead.

RUN!! PLEASE REPORT THESE CRIMINALLY INCOMPETENTS TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES! Tennessee gov health program areas/health professional boards pharmacy This pathetic excuse for a pharmacy will lie to everyone in the medical industry to cover their incompetence! Report them to TN Pharmacy authorities! They are part of ExpressScripts, another trainwreck. Where to begin? they tied up my authorization so that I could not receive needed medication & put me at risk! Pointed fingers at everyone else, a hideous RX experience at best. RUN!!! too many Rx;s out there to waste time energy or money at this joint
