Ordered specialty medicine. I used to get all together now every week or so i have to reorder them . The shipping is always messed up. I was suppose to get 2 of my meds today and only got 1. Called and I was on phone for 25 minutes trying to reach someone that wasn't automated. Someone finally comes on and spoke broken English. I explained what happened and she ordered my medicine for 4 days from now. a couple of months ago they left my medicine that was suppose to be delivered on Monday on a Saturday and it was left in snow on steps till I noticed it on Sunday. It was suppose to say signature required, it did not. It's a constant problem with shipping. I wanted a manager to complain to and she sent me to a team leader named Grace who only said, they reordered and you'll get it Monday. Thank you and I'll mention it to shipping. If it wasn't for it being an express script pharmacy that i need these special medicines for I would switch. Quess I'm stuck because they don't care

Don’t deserve one star. Typical healthcare company who has placed profit over people. They outsource individuals from other countries, customers have a nightmare time to get prescriptions filled, especially the first time and overall terrible experience. So sad that I don’t have a choice who my healthcare chooses for my prescriptions.

If I could give a lower score than 1 star I would!!! I work for a company that troubleshoots claims for pharmacies.. I have to deal with Accredo on a daily basis.. the people they hire to process claims are from who knows where. The can’t speak English very well they miss pronounce names of patients, sometimes it’s quite funny how they pronounce them. Not only that but when I give them a solution to the error they are getting they don’t understand and ask at-least 5 times for me to repeat it. Also, they try every way in the world to get a paid claim even by lying .. for instance caller calls because they are getting a rejection of fill to soon for the medication. I tell them it’s to soon and when the next fill date would be, then all of a sudden they want a vacation override .. when nothing was said about that in the beginning. I wouldn’t think it was fraud if it was a one time thing. But it is quite often .. if you are a patient of Accredo or are contemplating becoming a patient of them. I would highly advise against it.. not only do they take American jobs away from us.. they don’t train their employees. You can tell when you talk to them that they don’t have a clue what they are doing, that’s a lack of training and management..

I wish that I could leave 0 stars. They spent a week telling me that everything was fine and the medication for my child was shipping. After 1 week, they told me they couldn't ship it and it would need to be filled with another pharmacy. They lied and said they transferred the RX when in fact they didn't. It caused my child to miss a dose of their medication and they really didn't seem to care. I believe it is the pharmacists who are actually terrible but honestly, I am not sure how anyone who works there is able to rest their head on their pillow at night. Absolutely horrific.

If I could give them a 0 I would! I have had to spend over an hour on the phone fighting to get my medication that they have been sending me every month for the last 13 years. I am tired of fighting and would rather get my script from Amazon.

Acredo did not deliver my refrigerator-dependent medication on time. It was hot and the freezer packets were hot, as well. Even Acredo stated that I cannot use this medication. Note: it costs $56,000/year for this medication! My out-of-pocket cost is massive! Acredo refuses to do anything except refill it at a huge charge to me. I will never use them again! I am looking to see where I can transfer my medication to in the future.

They are idiots. Constant mistakes, they double charged my copay assistance card and took 8 weeks to reverse and come to resolution. The representatives that you call do not speak English as their first language and do not understand what you are explaining and just constantly put you on hold. I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with them in the last 8weeks and still no complete resolution. Unfortunately, Cigna ( who also sucks) uses them as their specialty pharmacy.

Absolutely abhorrent company. I had no choice but to use them for my Embryl. It literally took 10 phone calls of at last 40 minutes each to just get set up with their company. One phone call only accomplished verifying my address. I literally had to repeat it 12 times and finally hung up. I completely dread having to use them for this medicine. There's absolutely no reason for this company to be so mismanaged.
