If it would allow me to leave zero stars I certainly would. The absolute WORST pharmacy ever!!! Medication is constantly being delayed because they have no clue what they are doing. I have spoken to seven different team leads which is absolutely pointless because nothing changes. Will be pulling every patient we have with Accredo once other pharmacy becomes in network with a particular secondary insurance. This company needs shut down!!!!!

The ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever gotten from an insurance company. If you need life saving medicine, you will die if your are depending on these people. I am now seeing the other reviews here, and truly wonder how they can even be in business. They promise things that never happen .every phone call to them is a circle circus. I truly believe they are trying to get you to hang up. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE

I support patients that use Accredo, it’s heart breaking to watch them struggle for hours trying to get relief from their meds, while delay tactics are clearly being used.

My insurance changed from my husband's BCBS of TX to my employer BCBS of TX policy. It literally has taken 6 weeks and 15+ hours on the phone and on hold by me not to mention the time my physician/physician's office has been on the phone with Accredo. My last dose was 2/28/24 and still do not have the medication which is taken q2 weeks. After yet another call, a conf call with Accredo, my physician's office and myself (that my physician initiated), Accredo is finally sending the order for delivery 4/16/24. This has been an ongoing battle beginning 3/1/24. I have been in healthcare all my career, specifically in quality, and I have NEVER witnessed such a deplorable lack of process. There is no communication, no processes, no accountability nor rectification to correct THEIR errors. This is a NEVER EVENT and the entire company needs to do a Root Cause Analysis to see why their process does NOT work. One of the customer service people finally labeled my case an Adverse Event, which at this point, is an understatement. If you do not have to use Accredo, DO NOT!!!!!

Every time I need to refil my meds it is a fiasco. Escalating issues to the upper level does not help. They live instractions for things to be done, make notes, request actions but nothing is being followed up and ultimately you have to call again and again to get someone to fix the issues so you can get your medications. It is scary that this specialty pharmacy customer service is so bad.

I’ve had Accredo for a year and I am once again not getting my shipment before my doses run out. 22 years on my medication and before this company took over I always had my medication on time.

Had a script sent in on 3/5, tried calling them again today since they said it would be ready to ship. They couldnt even find my name in their system, then when they did, they said it was still in review with insurance even though i have been going to them for years now. worst customer service i have ever witnessed

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I need monovisc injections in my knees every 6 months to ease my pain. Accredo wont accept request before the 6 months are up, then it takes an act of god to get the medication to my doctor. This takes weeks with phone calls back and forth, they need my consent, then they need the dr office to do something, then need me to approve who schedules delivery, then I ran out of time, start process again. Going on 2 months. THIS NEEDS TO STOP! WHY AM I PAYING FOR HEALTHCARE AND PRESCRIPTION PLAN? Easier to get a knee replacement than getting Accredo to send my knee injection on time.
