No words I can use to describe how bad the company that I am dealing with. They keep delaying providing the medication and I have to keep calling on a daily basis. Even so, There is a still full week delay.

My insurance company provided approval for my specialty prescription on 5/28. Accredo was unable to fill it for just under 4 weeks before contacting me and telling me that they don’t actually handle the prescription I need. What kind of company creates a process for seriously ill people where they have to wait 4 weeks to hear they can’t supply the prescription??? I called them 5 times over the 4 weeks and had my doctor’s office contact them twice. They are a train wreck and respond to customer issues like they’re the DMV! Only, no one dies at the DMV because of their crappy systems and service!

I am also having the same issue I am seeing below...this is my first time using Accredo Specialty Pharmacy and I pray I don't work with them anymore. They are playing with my health issues...I have been going back and forth with them for the past 4 months to get my medication through them. I have been approved by Abbvie but Accredo decided to give me a generic, which I accepted but still they have been holding on to my medication with a stupid excuse that my doctor has to send them a prior authorization. My doctor did send it by phone and also by sending a copy, but they are still insisting he sends them, what they already have from him. I'm so disgusted about all what is going on right now and I wish I never had any thing to do with them. I assumed they were trying to play games with my health and yes, I was right because the reviews I see below, confirm that Accredo is the worse pharmacy and I would not reccomend any one to work with them.

I am having the same issue I am seeing below...the complete run around. Since this company is playing with people's lives, is anyone up for a class action suit because my next step will be to speak with an attorney. This is my first experience dealing with Accredo and unfortunately, I will need to deal with them for the rest of 2024. I have been trying to get my medication shipped for 2 months, after several calls and talking with the insurance company, who assured me it was paid and approved, I still had to reach out to Accredo again and push to have them restart my claim, as they still showed it as denied. As of 06/20/24 I am being told my medication will be available to set up shipment in 24-48 hours. Thank goodness my doctor was able to give me samples of medication to carry me over until this is straightened out. I guess when the consumer doesn't have a choice of providers, the provider can be unresponsive and get away without consequences. If the service does not improve going forward, my next step will be to file a complaint with my state Attorney General.

I have never in my life dealt with the incompetence, ignorance, and malfeasance I have experienced with Accredo Pharmacy. It took more than twelve phone calls, to include conference calls with my doctor, my former employer’s HR, & Accredo and seven calls to six different Accredo Team Leaders, to renew my Dupixent. They (Express Scripts & Accredo) continued to make the exact same mistake over, and over again delaying my Renewal. Each and every time they acknowledged their mistake, promised to have my medication expeditiously shipped, then send in a Pre-Authorization (which I did not need) sending my renewal into hold pattern. It wasn’t until after I posted my frustration on Social Media that a competent Accredo C/S rep from their Social Media department intervened. She acknowledged that Accredo caused their own confusion and simply did not read or comprehend what was contained in my Accredo File. They are a horrible company to deal with and have Zero Compassion. Unfortunately I am an Express Scripts Subscriber via my former employer and stuck with them.

Breathtaking incompetence and a complete lack of interest in doing anything of value.

I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this pharmacy. It's been three weeks since we submitted my son's prescription, and we still haven't received the medication. Every interaction leaves me more frustrated, as it's clear either they're misleading us, or they truly have no idea what's going on. The negative reviews are spot on—dealing with Accredo is a nightmare.
