Slow and almost everyone I speak to gives you wrong information. Calls transferred to wrong people, given wrong phone and fax numbers. An absolute nightmare to work with.

If I could give negative stars I would .3 weeks I have been trying to get my medication and 3 times I am told it’s on its way. Now my prescription is expired after calling and asking why is not here yet. It expired today. Will a lawyer help? Are they trying to kill me?

THE WORST!! I dial a specific number for specific medication and the tech is never familiar with the medicine. Just spent 15 minutes on hold to be told they have to resolve the dosing info in the system to match the label and it will take up to 3 DAYS!! How do they get hired? How are they still in business? 8/5 Update: Called to request meds and system not updated. Getting the meds. Unnecessary delay and need to call multiple times.

I am giving them one star more than they deserve! I am forced to use them due to my insurance carrier- and it has been a total nightmare! I cant even begin to explain the ongoing issues- the latest being THEY removed my son’s approved order that was to be delivered last week- and there is no trace of it and the changed it to a “biosimilar” that the doctor doesn’t want him on. Now we have to start from scratch with a new script and pre approval for the medication- last year to start on this medication took over 8 weeks. We can not afford to have my child miss a dosage. The company did not have the notes in my file and then lied to me and said the reached out to my doctor and they had no messages from them.

Nightmare to work with. Every month I am fighting to receive my prescription for a medication I have been on for 20 years! Never had an issue before being forced to use Accredo as my service.

Told me they transferred my prescription to another pharmacy. The other pharmacy has no record of the transfer. Accredo then told me that they actually did not have my prescription. So apparently they previously filled the medication without a prescription and then lied to a patient about sending their refill prescription to another pharmacy

I’ve never in my life had to deal with such an incompetent company. I have spent years trying to get a very expensive medication. Now that I have that coverage, Accredo can’t manage to do their job and that equates to missing doses. I’m absolutely appalled by this company and trying my hardest to switch to another pharmacy. I can’t believe a place like this exists. It does not get any worse than Accredo. Do yourself a favor, and do everything you can to avoid using them. Disgusting and unprofessional behavior. A person’s health and a person’s money should never be played with. These people are complete frauds and will cause you a lot of tears of frustration and headaches.

I've been trying for 2 weeks to get my prescription sent out and every person I spoke with gave me a different story. 3 told me it was sent out 4 others told me it will be sent out immediately. I NEVER received the medicine from them. Stay Away from this place Bad News
