This “service” loosely termed is very frustrating and disjointed. Apparently, their process is a mystery to their service people as well as their customer’s . It is impossible to handle an issue with one call. I have had people use double talk, placing me on hold for extended times and tell me the problem is solved to only receive a text telling me there is a problem. Apparently they think that they are physicians and attempted in the beginning to discuss all health issues with me and help direct care…. I have a physician who is doing that and I take great offense to their unnecessary probing. I opted out of this service, you can also. I am very sad I am stuck using their service….

Do not use Accredo. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Every time I call, I receive different information from different representatives, making it impossible to know what is accurate. Communication is often difficult because some agents are hard to understand, and it frequently feels like they are reading from a script rather than listening to my concerns. The representatives do not seem to listen or take ownership of resolving issues. Overall, the company is inconsistent, disorganized, and incompetent. I would not recommend Accredo to anyone if they have another option.

Extremely difficult to get medications sent in timely manner. Usually takes 20+ minutes on the phone speaking to multiple people. Then rechecking the website or the app and find out what you just went through you start all over again. The 1st call is to an overseas call center, ask to speak to nurse and you get a tech, as to speak to pharmacist and you get a tech. Absolutely th worst system to work with if you can avoid it do so!

They refused to fill my medication because my husband has a balance of $2.47. This into different people with two separate accounts and illnesses. This is just crazy.

They DO NOT deserve any, and I mean ANY stars. I've been arguing and fighting with this company for 2 months. They said my copay was high high high and I don't have that kind of money. But I need these drugs to live. I found copay assistance funds. I I would submit to them and they would either say they are no good or it only takes a few dollars off. They would cancel my order and then have it reordered and this happened seven times. I would have to have the doctor sent in a new script every time (seven times). Finally I found a grant that would pay my copay. I called Accredo and gave them the info. I waited a day and called for an update. They first said they didn't have that information for the grant. When I said I gave it to you yesterday, they found the information. So after arguing with them yet again I finally got them to take the grant and zero percent copay. Whether I believe them or not I'll see. They said I'll get the meds in the mail in 2 days. And this is the only pharmacy I can go through that's a specialty pharmacy through my insurance. ( BCBS). That's b******* that we the patience have to go through this kind of ordeal to get much needed medication. We should be able to go through any specialty pharmacy of our choice. Not the insurance choice. There's a reason why they only want us to go through this pharmacy. It is poor customer service, people are not professional and they lose the information we provide to them. And in a few months I have to do this all over again.

Worst customer experience ever! I finally told them to put me on their “no call” list and told my doctor to use a different company!

Accredo services don't even deserve a star. I have been dealing with them for months about a balance that was supposed to be Bill to Aceess back in January. Chris from access medicaid his number 8005378862 have been trying to get in contact with someone to process the claim for my son's injection. Now my Accredo account is stopped and unable to refill my son's medication due to someone at Accredo billing department is not doing there job correctly and on time. This has been hell for me and my family. We matter our kids matter people matter it does not seem that way to you. This is the worst service ever I have ever deal with since December 2025 an ongoing problem with them never get it right. Even my son's Gastroenterology doctor has been having issues and problems with this services.

A representative from Accredo CALLED ME to schedule a medication. After authenticating me, the representative put me on hold for 19:30. What the heck?
