Accredo communicates with patients by canceling or delaying their shipment. No one at Accredo tells the patient or their doctor’s Staff what the problem is. It’s up to the patient to call them repeatedly to get an answer. Unscrupulous insurance companies save money from the delays.

I would give zero stars if I could! I am on hold yet again waiting for the supervisors supervisor to answer my call since they told me 2 days ago they escalated there own mistake and that it would take 24-48 hours then I could call and push for them to overnight for morning delivery! Yet when I called this morning the supervisor did the same exact thing and told me it would be another 24-48 hours. I refuse and told her to escalate more. We finally ended it with I would call back in two hours. I have been on hold for 59 mins now getting the run around from the current supervisor I am speaking with. They added an ins on my daughter’s account that we have NEVER had! And this is the 3rd time they’ve done this within the last 6 months! So why the hell should my daughter have to suffer for Accredo’s mistake! I wish I could go through a different pharmacy!

Accredo has delayed the shipment of my medication multiple times with no explanation. I have not been able to start treatment because they cannot adhere to a quoted delivery date. Every day for the past week, they have called to revise the delivery date. There is no explanation for the delay and when I call them, they simply say "It'll be there by [such and such date]", but it doesn't arrive. It has been delayed now at least four times in just one week! This pharmacy needs to do better. I absolutely would not use them if I had any choice (and I am now looking into what choices I may have, because this is ridiculous).

Gave them one star because you don't allow me to give zero stars. I have a monthly refill that is "managed" by Accredo. It is for cancer, and the Rx keeps me in remission. Unfortunately, this company is worthless and makes the process harder and harder each month. Their PCA - patient care advocates - do not care about the patients and certainly don't advocate for them. If you have a choice, choose elsewhere. If you don't have a choice (like me), I wish you the best of luck dealing with this clown show of a company.

I'm suing. Accredo should be obliterated and All CEO'S, COO, ALL OF THEM ROT IN HELL

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used and I'm stuck using them due to my insurance. I've had so many problems with ordering refills, being denied refill orders due to billing issues, repeated requests to bill my copay and insurance and not getting anywhere. This has gone on for years. Such a nightmare!!!

Worst specialty pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have a copay assistance program, so my medication should be $5. They fail to run the bills through the program. I was charged over $8400 for my medication this year, and about $3000 last year. It's taken me HOURS on the phone over multiple weeks to get this resolved, and I still owe for this year about $1400. The drug company struggled to work with Accredo and said Accredo wouldn't answer the phone and hadn't billed them properly for my medication. HORRIBLE.

I have been trying to refill a prescription for almost a month now. Prior to this I received my medicine without any issues. I have talked to about 7 different people at Accredo, including a manager. They all said my meds should ship in 24-48 hours. I checked with my doctor who had called the prescription in TWICE. I checked with Cigna who said they had no problem covering the meds. No one can tell me what the problem is. All my info has been verified. I have been out of meds for three weeks now and I am in a lot of pain (I have RA and take Humira). This is ridiculous and I can't even fill the Rx anywhere else. Your reps are either incompetent or liars!
