When i say this is the most incompetent company i mean it. I don’t know how they’re in care of people medications. I was referred to them by express scripts for a specialty medication The 1st it took over 3 weeks to get processed and my Dr office sending script 3x Now again i have another med and it’s starting off the same Just spoke to a rep two days ago thought med was in process. Received call from them today unsure why to find out rep never process and we can do it now but again they’re trying to fill it for a different amount other than what Dr wrote and plan approved I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

If I could give zero stars I would. Needed a growth factor injection for the day after chemo. Called on a Wednesday said they would expedite the RX, called Thursday and was told it was not expedited, but they would do so now. I was even transfered to a supervisor for “special expedition”. Friday evening I got a text to call to refill my RX. It still wasn’t done and it wasn’t marked to expedite. I called and said it’s too late. So now I have to have extra blood work and possibly short acting shots to keep my immune system functioning. I HAVE to use this pharmacy per my insurance but they are incompetent and now costing my insurance more due to additional testing and medications, in addition to putting my health at risk. Steer clear if you can!

Horrible company. I am on biologics that I need on weekly basis and getting medications filled from them is almost impossible. There is always an issue with my prescriptions and my doctor has called numerous times and Accredo still constantly has issues with the prescription. I cringe every time I have to speak with them. I have to speak with them at least 10 times before I can get my medication mailed to me. There is always a push back with them. So sick of it. They are so clueless!!

This company is terrible! I have been calling to get my Chemo pills every day since my insurance approved it. Incompetent people work there! They tell you the same thing that it's in process. Even trying to get it expedited is a complete disaster.

Express scrips started to use Accredo for my specialty medication that I need to take daily. when they took over, they offered automatic refills which was not possible with prior company that express scripts had. So I said that sounds good and asked if I had refills at the time. Turns out they accidentally got rid of the prescription. Never told me. Never called me that automatic refill was not started. Called 6 days because I had not received word and this was when I found out. I was about to go on a trip and I was about to run out. Because of the urgency the person on phone told me that they will request a Rx and if not received by the next couple hours that they would reach out. If there is no phone call then it would proceed and the medication would be delivered in 2-3 days. I received no phone call. I called 3 days later to find that they had no idea what was happening and nothing had been initiated. They have not yet even received the prescription. Had to talk to 2 people, pharm tech, the pharmacist and the leadership/supervisor. Every single step they blamed the doctor and myself. The problem was them getting rid of existing rx, never communicating. They didnt bother trying to contact the physician again they said "you need to call the clinic and ask for the prescription" so I had to do their work and physicians are also human. They have off days. I had to bother them on a off day to get this rx urgently when this could been done days earlier. They apologized and worded "I am very sorry that we did not receive the prescription from the physician." Again, blaming someone for their mistake. I have read all the other reviews and I absolutely believe every single one of those reviews. They redefine incompetency as a company. All the way to the supervisors, they have ZERO intention of helping you. They will blame any and all people involved other than themselves. Unfortunately it seems like most of us are stuck with them. Once the medications are in. I will drop express scripts entirely and have them send medications to physical pharmacy. This company should not exist. This company should not be anywhere close to healthcare. This company is dangerous to patients. They will harm patients. More importantly they will not care if they harm patients.

absolutely the worst company, I'm on a life saving prescription and every 60 days when refill is due they say it needs prior authorization, then the chase begins to get refills & it's always a "cliche" with accredo's system. Why my insurance company only deals with this AWFUL company is beyond frustrating! you should do anything to avoid this "specialty prescription company"

I have been waiting 7 1/2 months to receive a prescription I was approved for. Once approval was made, Accredo was to ship the medication to my doctor. It wasn't done. The prescription expired and I had to go through the entire process again. It has been another 3 months and the medication still has not been shipped. The absolute worst experience

Accredo is not a healthcare company. They are a cost control mechanism for Express Scrips. I received a Liver transplant whose cost was in the millions. My anti-rejection drugs (needed until I die) are "specialty" drugs and not covered under Express scrips. Acccredo told me to pay them $113.xx per month. I agreed to the first month because I MUST have this drug or die. Accredo was 40% higher than the local pharmacy. Accredo told me I had no option and had to order from them. Forcing me to use the most expensive option is immoral and most likely illegal. The Accredo rep I spoke to was untrained in behavior expected in healthcard. He did not care that without this drug I would die. I agreed to pay and he "placed the order" on 10/4/24. I had not received it a week later when I ran out of the drug. I was told a bridge supply scrip for a week supply while I waited for the Accredo order was not covered. I paid for it. I called Express scrips on 10/11/24 and they told me the Accredo order was placed but not processed (not shipped either) and they would look into it. I have 4 days left of the Bridge medicine and the status is still "processing". No follow up by Express Scrips. Accredo failed to mention any of the savings programs associated with the anti-rejection drug I need. A million dollar transplant foiled by a $3 pill. Thanks for nothing. I must eliminate Express Scrips as my pharmacy manager and Accredo as their ONE STAR vendor.
