Trash fake pharmacy, I was using CVS with No problems then all of a sudden got switched to accredo who just makes excuses no to fill your medicine 'Humira' 3 months of no medicine and excuses. Living the American dream.

Very poor service all around. Had to switch to Accredo due to insurance change and am very unhappy with this pharmacy. I have been awaiting a shipment for my infusion medication for over 3 weeks. Have been told it was overnighted 2x and I have yet to see my medication. My medication is for my immune system and without it I can die. Accredo has very poor customer service and poor care they lack compassion and should not even be a pharmacy let a lone a specialty pharmacy. We will be changing insurances ASAP even if it is more money. It will be worth it to get my meds on time. Shame on you Accredo!!

It's deeply frustrating working with this company, but it's the only one my health insurer will cover, so I'm trapped with them. They regularly "lose" records of my permissions that I granted to my doctor to call in my meds on my behalf (they're reconstituted and administered in an infusion center, so it's easiest if the doctor orders them straight to their office because they know how many vials they need, etc). Then when i call to give permission again, it's never that simple. They always spend half an hour trying to get me to talk to pharmacists, acting confused, or being annoyed with me when i ask how I can prevent this from happening again. i straight up hate this company! The worst! They also regularly re-enroll me in automated calls to reorder my medication. I've asked them to stop doing this approximately 15 times. I don't need to be reminded to order my meds. My doctor, who they won't allow to order on my behalf despite me begging them to just look at the authorization on file, is the one who is supposed to order them.

Absolutely the worst company. They don’t care about patients. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and I am forced to get my chemo through them because of my insurance. The customer service is absolutely awful and the app-don’t even bother. I always always always have issues with them.

Accredo cancelled my prescription order and failed to notify me. When I called to ask about where my order was and why I hadn't been notified it was cancelled the support person argued with me about whether a notification was sent. I found an email on the date she specified but it was an order confirmation, not a cancellation.

I absolutely HATE this pharmacy. My insurance (cigna) owns this pharmacy and mandates I use it for "specialty" pharmacy items that any local pharmacy (and online pharmacies) can and do fill. "Express scripts" is the pharmacy, Accredo is a division, a "specialty pharmacy". I work on the phone and am a nurse. This company REPEATEDLY called to "verify" information, read their lengthy scripts that ask the same questions over and over again, so I could obtain my RX. I repeatedly told them I work on the phone and can't take their calls. They REFUSED to allow me to take care of this online, text or email instead. I spent 4 HOURS going round and round with this company over ONE prescription. I just had to spend another 20 minutes on the phone for a refill of a medication I had been on recently. Their online system doesn't consistently show the prescriptions (especially new prescriptions) so they can be ordered online. They force short authorizations (3 months) and force my MD to repeatedly open appointments for me to repeat the same information. They continue to force me to call them for this one prescription, month after month after month. They force me to talk to a rep, a nurse AND a pharmacist over the same prescription, despite the fact I have been on it and am a nurse myself. I would NEVER choose this pharmacy in the future. I am lobbying heavily for my employer to offer a different insurance plan. Cigna is incompetent, is incessantly playing games demanding prior auths for prescriptions I have been on for a long time. They forced me to go through appeals etc and forced me to go MONTHS without vital meds as we played their authorization games.

I've been reading the reviews for Accredo. It sounds like I'm not the only one that has been through Hell with this pharmacy! I've been waiting a month now for my medication. It's one thing after another after another. I needed prior authorization, which I had. They needed a new perscription, it was too early to order again, there was a mix up, and sometimes they would flat out lie and say my medication was coming on a certain day but it would never show up! I'm wasting my life on the phone with these people. It's so ridiculous that you really can't even explain it. Hopefully I'll get my medication someday!
