HORRIBLE!!!! If I could rate a ZERO I would. They give me the run around about my prescriptions, they say they call my doctor for a refill or prior authorization but they never do, my doctor immediately sends what is needed when I call and then I still wait weeks for them to confirm it was received. I am always late on my medication because of THEM! I’m shocked they have not gone out of business. They are the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

100% a fraudulent company. I have no idea how they are still in business. They run you around until you go crazy. They lie to your insurance and doctors saying that they can’t get ahold of you to schedule delivery. I had to wait 2 months to get my initial prescription with them. The only reason I finally received it is because I reported them to the BBB. Here I am again attempting to get my refill and wouldn’t you know it…more of the same exact issues. They told the hospital pharmacist today that they were waiting for me to call them with payment information. I just called and they told me that they have NO record of a refill for me. I can not express the amount of anger I feel every time I talk to these people. Unfortunately, I am forced by my insurance company to use this scam company. I’m reporting them to every Pharmacy Board I have to. And every month I have to deal with this I will keep reporting them to as many agencies as I have to.

If I could give ZERO stars I would and I mean that wholeheartedly. I have been on one medication since October 2024. They have NEVER delivered it on time. They emailed me about switching it to a biosimilar in early December. I called and let them know that I absolutely did not want the biosimilar as I am not their testing Guinea pig. Fast forward to last week, I received a voicemail from their awful automated line that they could not reach my provider for a new script. I don't have any new scripts and I have 2 refills left on the old one. well, low and behold, these "people" have canceled my old prescription and are trying to force me on their biosimilar. Now, my insurance still covers my original prescribed meds and I have a second insurance that covers it too - so this is all on Accredo. I would NEVER recommend this company, unless it was what company should be shut down, then and only then are they the top one. They had no right to cancel my prescription. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I have spent hours on the phone with them trying to resolve an issue they created - they made 2 accounts for my son and won't merge them. They cannot find the prior authorization forms that my doctor's office constantly has to resend each month. Each rep I get places me on hold for long periods of time, they don't check back in. I have spent hours on the line trying to get a medication processed and they say it's resolved and then the medication isn't sent. I tried calling again and they said that they had used the wrong account. Completely terrible experience and my son will miss doses of his medication. Do not use this pharmacy! Beg your insurance for another option because this pharmacy will not help you.

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy/Express Scripts delays shipping my medication because they are constantly putting my prior authorization forms and prescription referrals under an old health insurance account that should have been inactivated over 2 years ago. I have contacted the prior health insurance provider who reassured me, multiple times, that they reached out to Express Scripts to have that account closed. This ineptitude has caused massive delays in receiving my medication in a timely manner. The last time this happened I spent over 1 month of constant communication speaking to representatives, managers, managers of managers trying to get my account sorted out to receive my medication in time. Recently they claimed that the prior authorization was submitted through my old health insurance account despite the fact that I have been using my new insurance for over 2.5 years! They are grossly inept, unorganized and incapable of shipping an important medication out on time. I spend close to $2000 a month in health insurance and I have to call these clowns every 6 months when a new issue arises to fix a problem that is so simplistic but takes them eons to acknowledge or complete. How are they still in business when their business practices are incapable of keeping up with the most basic technology and causes this level of stress and frustration for patients who require their medication monthly?

Accredo is the absolute worst specialty pharmacy on the planet! They have no idea what they are doing, they lie constantly, they mess up everything and they literally take months to process orders/refills. Zero accountability for their actions. I have filed grievances against them with my insurance company! If a zero was an option for a score, that’s what they deserve!

Missing my second injection and they could care less! Cigna, my insurance company who has approved this prescription can't get involved and the NJ Better Business Bureau doesn't seem to have any record on them when I go to put in a complaint. How do they get away with this? My doctor's office has called and they tell them everything is fine! But, it's so not. Wish my insurance was still with Aetna and had the CVS Specialty Prescription Care Pharmacy as the vehicle to send my injections!!! So many complaints about this company. Why aren't they being monitored? I really need my injection and they know I've been out of it for a month!!
