Accredo Health Group, Inc.Reviews of accredo.com

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever in America's history! They save your card information and illegally charge the card without your permission, and even after you repeatedly told them to change the payment method on file! When you call them, they said they charged it and then reversed the charge! Lie, lie, lie!! They gave you a credit to your Accredo account instead of a credit to your credit card you used to pay!! Thieves! Criminals!!!

Zero Stars... I will be telling my doctor I never want to fill a script with your company... 1. Never tried to contact me when a new script was sent in. 2. When you did start calling you were calling to an unauthorized number (work), you never once tried calling me at my main/personal number. 3. Was asked to give a cc for on file prior to knowing how much would be charged to the card. And then it turned out the script was an unacceptably large copay 4. After copay assistance was set up... I was transferred to someone in "leadership" who could not properly explain to me why they were using the wrong number or why the copay assistance was only going to pay for one month of the new med, because her child was screaming in the background so loud I could not hear her talk. All of this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable!!

This Company is the absolute WORST. We have spent 20 hours over the past two weeks dealing with this company. They are so unhelpful and are completely terrible at their job. It is such a shame that they are in business. The pain of sitting on the phone with them and getting told 5 different things by 5 different reps is so frustrating.

This company does not care about there patients, every time I try to get my prescription filled it’s always a hassle, not only for myself but my doctors office! They have horrible customer service and clearly do not care!

Same as everyone else... One phone call is never less than 45 minutes. Delayed shipments, missed doses, zero courtesy to call you with any kind of update (pre auths received, shipment date changes, etc). I use a copay assist program and they have zero clue how it works despite me and the assistance program telling them what they need to do. Since January 6 I've called them 18 times. I was suppose to get medicine in January.. didn't receive, February finally got it, and now was suppose to receive marchs dose today, but no call and shipment date changed without notifying me. Missed work due to being at home for delivery that isn't showing up. They are idiots. If I could give Zero stars I would. I'm willing to stop my meds, risk a relapse until I can change health insurance in December that does not use Accredo. It asks for date of experience... It's been 18 different days between Jan. 6 to Feb 28... Every single one was terrible.

First, let me say that, I have used accredo, for years, trying to find the right med for my condition. I have had dozens of missed doses, due to meds not being shipped out. Reasons for this have ranged from them not billing, the insurances, leaving an astronomical balance on acct., to contact info being changed to my doctors info. Or just simply sending to wrong shipping address. ( after confirming correct one when speaking to rep). I just got off of a 3 way call, with BCBS, accredo and myself. During this hour long conversation, the amount due change from $ 7400, to 3600, to 270, to 191. It was also discovered that they submitted a claim to BCBS, that never shipped. It scares me how many people would pay these "balances due", just to receive their medication. I am currently, pursuing changing to a different pharmacy.

This company has no interest in helping customers. They put you on hold because the person who answers the phone cannot answer basic questions. They always transfer you to someone else then disconnect you after you have been on hold for 20 minutes. It is extremely difficult to speak to a pharmacist. They use what they call pharmacy techs to speak to customers but the techs have no authority to answer questions, refill prescriptions or receive phone calls from your doctors office. So your information is never delivered to the pharmacist. I am seriously reporting this scam pharmacy to our state insurance Commissioner. They are not a member of the BBB.

Iy has been nearly 3 weeks since my prescription was sent to this 'specialty pharmacy.' Every day they tell me a different story- ranging from 'shipment delay' to 'denial by insurance.' Somedays, two different stories come out from both ends of the mouth. They ought to be sued.
