This company should not be allowed to operate in the healthcare space. Unlike any other pharmacy in the world, they take weeks to “process” a new prescription and patients are just left without medication for however long they feel like taking. If you try to call with problems or questions you spend hours on the phone being transferred around call centers and no one can actually help or do anything. I’ve had orders just not get sent and be told they have no idea why, and so I’ve missed several doses. My insurance company which owns this pharmacy (how is that legal?!) forces me to use them, but I would never ever choose to.

This company is absolutely disgusting four weeks in a row. I’ve been told my MS medication is getting shipped out and every week they tell me they’re trying to get payment from the insurance company when other agents said oh we’ve already received the payment. They are illegally double billing insurance companies. They’ve already been investigated for this and had lawsuits filed against them for this. They need to be shut down.

I wish they didn’t exist! It is exhausting to have to call a minimum of once a day sometimes up to three times and always have to be on the phone for over an hour for them to keep screwing up! Doctors office calls them and tells them they don’t need a PA because it’s supposed to be billed as a medical benefit yet they keep billing it wrong. All of them are just incompetent!

This pharmacy are hands down the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have screwed up everything possible and have never once gotten my medication to me on time. One can call them and be assured that everything is set and the medication is on the way, only to never receive it and them saying they have no record of the order. Then they find some other novel way to screw up. Abysmal, the one star is generous.

Absolutely worst service ever! They have the sole market for certain medications and dont care to provide any customer service to patients or providers. They do not care at patients obtaining medications at all but they will sure take weeks to verify that insurance will pay them. Worst pharmacy ever!

Absolute WORST customer service out of EVERY pharmacy I’ve ever interacted with. They somehow made two completely different accounts under my name, so every time I’d speak to a customer service agent they’d give me completely different information every single time. I can’t tell you a time where I HAVEN’T had to call Customer Service +10 times to fully resolve a problem. Let alone go back and forth between calling them, and then hearing my doctors/insurance say they’ve heard nothing from Accredo, despite Accredo stating they’ve tried reaching out to them, to no avail. I just want my life-improving medication and it’s been over TWO months since my last dose. Clearly they do not care enough. Every time you call, don’t be afraid to ask for a supervisor to get the most up-to-date (and accurate) information.

I have had so many issues with this company. I was forced to switch to them a couple of years ago when I got a new employer who uses Medica for health insurance coverage and Medica doesn’t work with the previous specialty pharmacy that we went through for many years. The previous pharmacy was so easy to work with. They actually treated their customers like people, not just a number. The total opposite of Accredo. Every month there seems to be a problem, I am out on hold forever and it never fails that I am transferred to at least 2-3 different people. Now apparently the cancer drug that my daughter has been on for 6 years is on back order from the manufacturer and Accredo didn’t bother to inform me of that. I was under the assumption that it was being shipped, but when it didn’t show up for over a week, I called. Now she’s down to a couple days left and I currently have been on hold for 1 hour and 37 minutes, with not even so much as the rep checking in to make sure I’m still here. I think it’s a showdown at this point as to who is going to hang up first and I’m not giving in! If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Worst customer service. Every call takes about 45 min before someone answers and they blame doctor's office not sending prior approval even though my doctor's office faxed and called them. No accountability. I have been waiting fir over 45 days for OFEV. Still waiting
