This was the most awful experience of my life. Their customer service is and was AWFUL! THANKFULLY, I was able to transfer my future orders to a local US-Based company. I will NEVER EVER use them or Express Scripts EVER EVER AGAIN! They were AWFUL! I had to keep asking them to repeat as I could not understand what they were saying. They hung up on me twice. They are foreign-based company, they do not speak English as I understand it. They were rude. I cannot possibly come up with enough words to describe how awful the experience was. I am so glad I do not have to deal with them in the foreseeable future!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this pharmacy has been so awful that I am compelled to. I have been trying to refill an important prescription for a month and have talked to different customer service agents no less than 20 times with zero progress. The agents are completely ineffective, and every time they think they've solved whatever the issue is, there is no movement. Then I call back to check on status, and it's like the movie "Groundhog Day" with every new agent. We'll be looking for another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is awful. They do not have a direct way to contact anyone who is familiar with the case so each time you must start over. They refuse to do any work unless you are sitting on the phone with them so if you cannot remain on the line for over an hour at a time or they disconnect you while trying to transfer you to someone else, you start over. I have spent over 14 hours on the phone with them in the last 3 months trying to get my child's medication filled and still do not have refills (10+ are on his account) and this is for a private pay situation. They have zero respect for their customer's time. I have said multiple times that I have my own responsibilities and the response is "Well, then, you will have to call us back and I will note that in your file."

I never can get a refill on time. I was recently sent this by their online support: "The system unfortunately shows that your prescriptions are being submitted with only 1 refill attached which can result in scheduling over the phone. For every new prescription we receive, the first fill must be scheduled by phone"

Avoid this place at all costs. They do not know what the hell they are doing.

This pharmacy is very difficult to deal with. They try to bill you directly instead of of going through insurance. They will not ship if you have an outstanding balance. The reason you have the balance is they do not bill correctly. Every month it is an issue to get my medication. I can only get it through them. Also customer service is generally poor.

If I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed with this speciality pharmacy. My doctor had put in for prior authorizations to have my infusion approved and it did get approved I even have a letter from my insurance approving it. For a whole month the secretary from my doctor’s office and myself had to go back in forth with these people and all we kept getting was different stories and lied to. Over a month later, I now had to cancel my doctor’s appointment because they did not do their jobs and I’m now going to be over a week in a half late on getting my infusion. That’s very unprofessional on their part and it’s messing with the quality of people’s life.

God awful. DO NOT USE. I only am because I m forced to by insurance. My son went over month without his injectable medication that he has taken for 3 years because every time they ran into an issue (that they caused by misentering his insurance info) they NEVER NOT ONCE called to reach out and fix it. So every week I would call and correct whatever it was, speak to supervisors, spend hours on the phone, I was told his medicine was coming. Never came. It has been the worst experience. Then, after a month of fighting, it finally arrives with no ice packs so it was useless. Oh, and the notification that it was delivered came TWO DAYS after we got it. Than God someone was home when it was delivered. I am now trying to refill his meds and can't because we have a bill that shouldn't even exist, but they FORGOT TO BILL HIS SECONDARY INSURANCE despite having a whole month to do it. So now his medication will be delayed again.
