Claims to have, "easy refills" yet requires a 30-45 minute phone call every. Single. Time. They say you can refill on the app or text, but it doesn't let you and every time you ask about it, they tell you, "It will work next time".... I've been told that 5 times now. They just keep feeding me the same bullshit line. The autorefill doesn't work either, you still have to call them and set a shipment date. Oh, and they LOVE to try to fill a 28 day supply every 30-32 days and don't see how that's a problem.

Literal Criminals!
Accredo Specialty Pharmacy has delayed an Rx medication, having nothing but excuses/lies as to why their incompetence results in failing to provide medication in a timely fashion. One fill involved a Psoriatic Arthritis medication causing a year long flare, triggering other medical complications that are permanent in nature. They caused me to lose my job of 14 years, I'm no longer employable, I've had no income for over a year, lost health benefits, an increase of $12,000./month for medications to treat the additional medical complications they caused and then they fabricated documents to deny any wrongdoing.
People need to report them to the FTC, FDA and any other agency in order to leave a paper trail of their crooked actions. They need to be exposed in every way, shape & form to drag their asses down.
I've spoken to the attorneys office in my city regarding criminal charges should I end up losing my life as a result of their pathetic actions.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. There's no transparency. If you ask the price of your prescription, they tell you to call your insurance company. Last I knew they were the pharmacy that provided the service. They have to know how much it cost.
Accredo is also owned by Cigna!! That should be a red flag for anyone. How is it that an a health insurance company owns a pharmacy? Are insurance company's not getting enough money from us here in America. They just need more? When I call into resolve issues it is as if the left and right hand don't know what they're doing. You can't run a company and not have anyone know what the other person is doing or how to do it. Don't waste your time and energy or any money on using Accredo specialty pharmacy. They are under investigation and have lose lawsuits for fraud and many other things filed against them. I started using them in March of 2026 anytime I've had any interaction with the company has been awful. I waste more time trying to get my prescription that I care to admit because they held all the pieces to the puzzle.

Incompetent Specialty Pharmacy
The customer service representatives were all kind, seemed compassionate, and had training in responding with empathy.
The organization, however, seems to be incompetent. The copay they charged me for a life sustaining medication (kidney transplant recipient here) was astronomical, and I was told that it "counts toward the copay." They did offer copay assistance help, but one of them was illegitimate for my condition, two were paid out, and the third was canceled by Accredo because it was for the name brand (while my prescription was for the generic, which makes sense from my physician because that's usually the more cost effective option. In order to get this medication filled on time, I had to go through my hospital liaison. I had a second medication that I had to call four times to get filled - include my hospital liaison again - and then half of the prescription arrived late.
These meds are prescribed to keep my transplant from going into rejection, which is a life-threatening condition. I made two complaints for pharmaceutical malpractice, and I strongly recommend that all patients seek to opt out of this sub par specialty pharmacy as soon as possible.

Zero Stars, not recommended
Every call is 5 minute battle to get a real person, if you are lucky. Most seem to muffle or distort their name so you dont know who you are talking to. They DO NOT contact you when there is a problem, and somehow there always is. Having used injectables under my PICA insurance for over 5 years they suddenly tried using my regular insurance which denied it. A week after this was supposedly corrected, the medication was still on hold. Another 30 min call and they are still using the wrong insurance. I had a PICA rep on confrence call with Accredo a week ago when they stated it was corrected and being processed. The cast at Looney Tunes could run a better pharmacy.

This is the most ridiculous bunch of…
This is the most ridiculous bunch of clowns ever to congregate in a supposedly professional business. They mess with your livelihood, and prevent your specialty medicine from being sent to you, even after it has been prescribed, approved by insurance, and they say they can’t fill it until you send 4000.00 dollars. Remember the medication is already paid for. But wait there is more, they will submit a request to somewhere, and they will contact you in 5to7 business days, just to get you to hang up.. what a joke!!!!!

Terrible
I am a former employee of Accredo And I was let go due to my attendance My Family had a situation where someone was in the hospital for a long period of time and they were my childcare and then the last straw was I was having equipment issues which seemed to be a weekly thing after every update that was done. I was written up and told that was my final, but I worked the day that the write up was written so I was like oh and since then I have had the hardest time finding a new job so I don’t know what they’re saying about me but they’re a terrible place to work for they do not care about their employees feelings. You don’t get that break after a customer or patient or doctors office has called and cussed you out you don’t get that moment to decompress cause they’re expecting you to have your notes done in 30 seconds and back on the phone. I had one lady called in to say that her husband had passed away and after she had told a service member before me that she would no longer need to schedule the medication and to cancel it. It was not canceled. It was a steady people calling pissed off because they weren’t getting their medication or they were told by the last agent that this would be done or that would be done, but at the end of the day us people on the phone we’re catching the worst part of it. You had to go through so many different steps just to get that person to help they needed, which whether it was too off to billing a supervisor you had to wait you might wait five or 10 minutes before someone could answer your question so now the customer is really irritated because they might have previously the day before or two days before sat on the phone for an hour or two trying to get it situated so they can get their medication. I’ve had people call in and cry because all they want was their medication and Accredo was supposed to be getting in contact with their insurance and they had yet to do so it’s a terrible place to work for so if you have that mental capacity be yelled at because that and basically not care for by your employer, this would be a great job for you, but if you’re like me and have a heart and stuff like that, gets to you that you know, even though you did, what you were supposed to that person still might not get their medication. Do not apply for this place.

There should be an option for no stars
There should be an option for no stars. This company ordered a fasenra injection for me to be administered by an infusion nurse at my allergist's office on August 31. All the previous injections cost me $40 over several years. The injections provided me with immense relief due to allergic asthma. I had receieved a notice from Blue Cross on August 30 saying that the cost of my future injections would be going up to between $75 to $100 starting on November 1 of this year when my medical plan rolled over.I called Blue Cross and Accredo on the morning of the injection to confirm the cost and they both said in plain English that this shot was $40 for me. I confirmed the cost of $40 with both the front office and the infusion nurse when I arrived there. Everyone said it was $40. A few days later, Acrcredo sent me a bill for $878.24. I spent a week arguing with Accredo and Blue Cross but both of them said I owed $878.24 for that injection, despite their assurances of the cost of $40 on the day of the injection. The company is obviously run by liars and frauds, and it deserves every bit of criticism that I can muster. I will caution anyone contemplating dealing with this deceitful and fraudulent excuse of a "pharmacy" and "health group." It's the medical equivalent of a shell game.
