This company isn’t to be trusted. It’s been 2 years back in forth trying to get them to honor their promises. I paid $500 for them to do my resume and put it on LinkedIn and other job sites. They lied and took my money. It’s now 2024 and I spoke to Jason he informed me in January 2024 they will take care of it. It was never taken care of. I have two professions and they didn’t do the resume for the other. Their word is no good! So many errors, fonts sizes and grammar errors. They also omitted one of my jobs and just put the name and wrong job dates. It’s mind boggling to think this is professional; now I have to start over. No phone calls back in a timely manner. They even block me. When I call his personal (Jason)phone it just hang up. The other number goes straight to messages. I left numerous messages and they just avoided my calls. For the price I paid to get it done wasn’t an issue. I thought they were professionals. I seen others just paying $150. Therefore, it proved they were the wrong choice for me. I forgive y’all. I bless y’all in Yahushua Ha’mashiach name. People work hard for their money and just do a sloppy job isn’t acceptable. The right thing to do is to correct your mistakes instead of keep doing it. Karma comes back fast.

They don’t respond back in a timely manner. I was assured they were putting put it on LinkedIn, Indeed and other job sites. It’s now been 3 months and they were supposed to get back to me and to no avail no one called me back. I repeatedly called them no call back. When you’re talking to someone they are pleasant but that doesn’t correct their unprompted behavior. Very unprofessional. There is no rate to describe this type of behavior.

SCAM! Do not purchase any services from these con artists. I signed up with them six days ago and they have ghosted me. No calls, no response to emails. Jason, whose signature states "Senior Consultant", is a liar. 100% Scam!

NEVER! And I MEAN NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TOOK MY MONEY, DID A VERY CRAPPY JOB ON THE RESUME. TOM NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO FIX IT AND STOPPED RESPONDING TO THE EMAILS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE LINKEDIN SERVICE I PAID FOR.

Tom Goodman took my money and did not provide what he said he would. He will stop answering your emails. Do not do!! He did a horrible job. It was a huge waste of money.

After not doing the work they described to do, refusing to honor their refund policy, I filed a charge back. They forged emails in the dispute to win the chargeack. These people are absolute scammers.

Unlimited Revisions is a big lie. He (Tom) wrote a resume using my words etc., took money. I tried to call so many times and emails to re-write my resume but no response whatsoever.

I contacted this company to assist with a new resume. I was advised to review several sites showing great reviews before deciding, now I’m skeptical of the legitimacy of those reviewer’s. Upon paying for services I did received an initial draft within 2 days. After running the resume through an ATS(application tracking software) it showed my resume was between 20 to 30 percent relevant to keywords. (The tracking system will look for keywords when applying for employment) This was no big biggie as the resume was only 90 percent complete. I sent an email to Jason the individual assisting me with my resume after more than a week of no reply, I contacted the company number listed in the email. I never received a call back or a response to my email. I waited an additional 4 more days…still nothing. I Would have been happy with a reply advising we’re working and will send you revisions soon. I received nothing…. This info is important because they pride themselves on fast turn-around. I decided to make contact with the number on my card statement to see if I could get further assistants. I was transferred and was unable to get a live person to fully assist. One rep advised Jason(the individual assisting me) no longer worked for the company, therefore my next question was who took over his projects. I was then transferred a few more times with no assistance. I called back several more times and I noticed the company no longer answering my calls. I then called from a different number with a different area code they answered right away. At this moment I knew something was off and it was time for me to get a refund from the bank. Be fully Aware prior to spending money with this company.
