Terrible, just terrible. I don’t know how this service could still exist so far. Resume they sent me was terribly formatted and the contents were so wrong. I asked for the revision but it seemed like didn’t even seemed to read my email and kept sending me same resume over and over again. I had a call with the person and they said they’d fix it and send me immediately but it took me 2 days due to “techinical errors” I was really upset and now I’m correcting my resume by my self.

I had to make several corrections to drafts that were re-done. There were things wrong like different fonts throughout the résumé different font sizes spacing. After the “final” copy was sent to me, I asked a couple questions and had some more corrections but I never got a response back from the rep. The just did them myself after no reply. One day I am sitting in an interview and they mention my job title at a past employer. That was wrong. Granted, I should’ve caught it, but I paid them to write my résumé.!!!!!! So embarrassing!
