This year I received a call to remind me of my renewal, and I had the pleasure of talking to Mrs. Cindy Odell. She took the time to explain the software options for purchase/billing. The best thing about this company is that every time I have had a questions and speak directly to a customer service rep, it is clear they have extensive experience with payroll and have been working for the company for many years. Todays call also resulted in me saving about $1,500/year by the representative looking at my account and realizing I could benefit from a different billing program.

Cindy was awesome and answered my questions and helped me navigate the software to answer future questions. She didn't make me feel like I was bothering her like other calls to Accountant's World. I felt as ease and happy to get my questions answered.
