Outstanding experience. It's been a pleasure to work with Accelerated banking and the entire team. This is a strategy that I started many years ago and have decided to pick it back up. I stumbled across the Kwak brothers, scheduled an introductory call and it was obvious they were the type of people I wanted to work with. Do your homework, ask questions, make the commitment to yourself and execute. You won't regret it. Since starting in September 2023 I've already paid down over 60k and am projected to pay off my mortgage in 2.8 years. Thank you Kwak brothers!

Accelerated Banking is as good (if not better) than advertised. All the coaches are great to work with. This program has taught me a lot.

I had an excellent Coach in Simon. The Bank made it extremely easy for me. When I felt like I needed my hand held in the process my Coach (Simon) was there to hold my hand, answer my questions, and explain anything I didn't understand. This was also true of the Bank. My closing was so smooth, and to think I was in Maryland but the Title company was in Texas. On the call to set up my calculator was educated again about how I could purchase the car that I am now leasing out of my HELOC when the lease is up a year from now. My financial literacy has grown exponentially with this process. Thank you Accelerated Banking and to the staff that helped me go through the process.

Accelerated Banking is an amazing program with honest, patient, and competent strategist to help you achieve financial freedom. The process to obtaining our 1st Lien HELOC was seamless and very well detailed. Everything needed to successfully close was provided and the staff is always available to quickly answer questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Our Strategist Mikkei is very knowledgeable. Our only regret is not joining sooner to save hundreds of thousands on our traditional mortgage.

Overhyped compound interest that is just making extra payments to pay down principal. Just increase your mortgage payment without higher interest rates or the expense of a middleman that could go towards your mortgage. It DOES NOT lower your interest rate unless you get a lower HELOC rate than your mortgage. (Not likely currently) Update- I read your reply & watched your video. youtube watch?v=BlqWO10PS5c It's worse than I thought! Take out a high interest HELOC so that you have a higher amount of interest savings when you make a payment on it. (But your large HELOC remaining balance is high interest) Appears to be simply a HELOC salesman confusing people with #'s.

Can't say enough positive things about the Accelerated Banking (AB) program and the entire AB staff! From the initial phone call to the closing of my Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) which I used to very quickly payoff my mortgage and other consumer loan debt, this entire process has been nothing short of outstanding and extremely professional! One of the shining aspects of this program is the client support network. AB provides ample opportunity for a client to succeed with email, phone and website support. Special thanks to my Strategy Coach Patrick Grimm who is extremely knowledgeable about the AB process and all aspects of money management and finance.
