Everyone was helpful, the loan process was just as expected. It is nice dealing with people who are competent and understand the process.

A friend of mine had told me about this program and he was having great success with it. We had a HELOC already in place, so the process has gone much quicker. I am excited to have an end goal in sight. Based upon current numbers, we have 2.5 years left to pay off our current balance on our HELOC, our primary mortgage and another small mortgage loan. I look forward to using the same strategy to pay off our rental property and our farm. It's nice to have a simple plan to follow.

I am happy with the progress so far with my Car loan - which I closed in 6 months of starting this strategy. This improved my credit score and increased cash flow - which I can further channel to the Mortgage principal. This strategy also taught me discipline on managing budget and opened lots of prospect on my plans for early retirement. I am starting to apply this strategy for my Mortgage in Jan 2024 and targeting to close by Sep 2027. I will keep this review updated as I progress.

I was excited to finally pay off all the debts i accumulated after staying home with my daughter. As a single mom I want to be able to get ahead and gift my daughter assets. I took on the journey with Accelerated banking and have increased my cash flows as I pay down my debt at a rate I couldn’t have imagined with a PLOC. I can’t wait to have my home paid off in the next 5 years.

I recently closed on my 2nd lean Heloc the end of October. It was great working with the Accelerated Banking Team. I had a great Strategist (Simon) who helped me every step of the way. It took about a month to get everything finalized. The home appraisal process took the longest for me. It's been a great experience so far. Home should be paid off in under 6 years.
