I accidentally deleted all my podcasts due to misleading wording on the acast site. The words "Delete Show" are singular but when I clicked on the red box, I lost all my podcasts. I had to wait three days over the weekend for the matter to be addressed by which time the increasing momentum of the downloads stopped. The matter was subsequently addressed but my fear is that other podcasters will see their programmes disappear due to poor and misleading wording. Words such as "Danger Zone" might be acceptable computer jargon in silicon valley but it isn't elsewhere. Anyway my problem is now fixed and I am greatful.

Acast is amazing. They make it so easy for me to automate and publish my podcast. Simple and straight to the point

I am 72, borderline technophobe, and quite new to podcasting. But everything about Acast made the experience straightforward. Clear website and instructions -- and the most amazing support team, who dealt within hours with the handful of idiot-boy problems I ran up against. Kudos.

I'm a brand new customer, just signed up and ready to migrate my podcast. I have read many great reviews about the Acast customer support, which sadly, has not been my experience so far. I had several questions about the hosting which were only partially answered via email. I then sought some clarification - and from that point on it's been like a dead wall. I waited for the reply 3 days, and that email was also unclear and partial, so again, I replied seeking final clarifications. Silence. I sent a message via chat, and another email - only to receive a reply from the same agent saying that she has CLOSED this ticket as I have multiple tickets open and asked me not to reply to it again. really??????? so...she has decided not to answer my questions anymore. I said - instead of sending me several messages that you are closing my tickets, could you simply reply to my outstanding questions? Silence. Look Acast -I really like the hosting service you offer and want to migrate my podcast to you. But please improve your customer support as it is well below the industry standards in my experience so far. And could you please answer my final questions in less than 3 days. Also, addressing the questions fully and comprehensively rather than selectively would be very helpful, too.

For our first season, not having had any experience with podcasting previously, Acast made it really easy to upload and distribute to the major podcast apps. The slight issues we had (user error on our part) were addressed quickly and professionally by the acaat staff.

Excellent podcast hosting and syndicating service. So happy with it!
