Taking the ACAMS Money Laundering Specialist course/exam was the best thing I ever did. The reading material is very informative and the support from Tom Frenzel and Praj was second to none. Any concerns or information I needed was always answered and resolved swiftly. Highly recommend taking the course with ACAMS if that's the career path you choose.

I wrote the ACAMS CGSS and while on the last question, my computer completely shut down so I couldnt get back into my test to submit it. I contacted Pearson and ACAMS customer service. I was helped by Manuella at ACAMS and also Roselyn. They escalated my requested to Pearson to release my test so I could know if I passed or failed. Due to their follow up, my results were released and I am pleased to say I passed the exam. It was such a stressful experience but they assured me they were doing the best they can to ensure my test results were released. Thanks again ACAMS team !
