I had an incredible experience during my apprenticeship with DTC Canada through the Acadium program. I initially signed up with an apprentice, and it didn't work out. When I circled back to the Acadium staff, they were incredibly helpful in getting me re-matched with a new apprentice...and he was brilliant! In the 3 months I've worked with my apprentice, he has been fully collaborative, imaginative, helpful, communicative, and fun to work with. I couldn't be more pleased. The fact that Acadium was responsive to my needs, especially when I had concerns, made the right impression. They wanted me to have a successful pairing and partnership, and they 100% delivered on that promise. I have already happily renewed because of the great experience I have already had.
