I worked with the students from Acadium and they helped to launch the new project. They also got the relevant experience and I will be hiring them again. Thanks Acadium for this opportunity!

Super supportive platform to connect would-be marketers with small companies. I've used their apprenticeships several times and they deliver exactly what they say they will. Great support from their help desk and extremely flexible.

As a small business owner/solopreneur, it can be difficult to move your new business forward. But I was so enthusiastic to lear about Acadiaum (formerly GenM). I decided to take a big leap and bring on three apprentices. My business is called YourGlobalFamily and with three apprentices from three different areas of the world, our small "team" actually represented the international flavor of what we're trying to do: Help parents raise globally minded & hearted kids. Each apprentice worked so hard and went above and beyond what was asked! They were a delight to work with and their efforts have propelled us forward in our social media communications. I will definitely recommend Acadium to others!

Hi Caroline, Moe here, CEO of Acadium. Three apprentices! That's amazing to hear. Thank you so much for helping change the lives of 3 people. It put a smile on my face hearing your story of how they helped your business grow and how you appreciated that they were from diverse backgrounds. Diversity is very important to us. We have a mission of making a new career accessible to anyone regardless of socio economic status. Your a gem :)

I had a really good experience with GenM. I had multiple interested business owners/mentors reach out to me very quickly, and I had chosen one within about a week. I have gotten experience in copywriting, social media strategy/planning, marketing campaigns, and some website design. It is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to get some more experience in the field of digital marketing. After my apprenticeship was over, my mentor asked me to join her staff as a Marketing Specialist, and I really enjoy doing this as some part-time work on the side of my full-time job. I will also add that your mentor is everything. I absolutely loved my mentor, as we had weekly 1:1 calls to talk about stuff we were working on, but also just about life in general. I also had a weekly call with the Marketing Director, which was very informative and helped me learn a lot. My favorite part of GenM is how much they genuinely care about me and my success in my career, and I look forward to continue working with them in the future.
