We had an excellent experience with Abstrakt
We had an excellent experience with Abstrakt in redesigning and launching our new firm website with SEO. Nick and Jacob were super professional from the start and communicated expectations and timeline clearly. They never missed a single deadline and were ecstatic with the end result. We went from a website generating zero leads to one that is immediately generating 2-3 leads per day. I highly recommend Abstrakt.

The over-promise then use…
They over-promise, then use technicalities to burn you out of their commitment and all the money you paid them.

We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Ian Suire, VP of Partner Success, worked diligently with your team, including providing free service since May to ensure our commitment to the 12-month guarantee was honored. While we strive to exceed expectations, certain obligations on your end were not upheld, which voided the guarantee. Despite this, Ian offered multiple options to move forward, including discounted terms, but we were unable to reach a resolution. We regret that we couldn’t come to an agreement and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
