Sapper Consulting/Abstrakt Marketing Group over promises and under delivers. We were told we would get meetings with people ready to sign. Never happened.

We’re sorry the program fell short of what you expected. Every appointment we set is with a decision-maker at a company that matches the criteria you approve, who has agreed to meet. Some are ready to move quickly while others need more time, and we walk through that with every partner during onboarding. We wish you the best of luck in your future sales and marketing efforts.

My business is dead because I partnered with this company
what's worse than a lead gen company that can't generate leads? This company strung me along with empty promises and endless "pivots" that resulted in nothing less than the death sentence for my business. While bleeding me dry of thousands of dollars this company was unable to generate one single in-person meeting while initially claiming to be able to do 6 per month. They will show you fancy dashboards and clean designs but don't have the skill or the operational capacity to get the job done. Poor communication, abysmal follow-through, and zero remorse for taking my money and giving nothing back in return. My business is dead because I partnered with this company.

We're sorry to hear this was your experience, as it's not the standard we hold ourselves to. During our partnership, our team generated verified leads and maintained consistent outreach activity on your behalf but we take accountability for the communication gaps along the way. We're proud that multiple RealClean franchise locations have seen real results working with us under the same lead quality standards, and we're genuinely disappointed those same efforts didn't translate into closed business for your location.

Missed SLAs, Poor Appointments, No Accountability
Abstrakt Marketing Group has been one of the most disappointing vendors we have worked with.
The lack of accountability, transparency, and communication throughout the engagement was frustrating from start to finish.
The quality of appointments was consistently poor. Many meetings were either unqualified, not a fit for our services, or resulted in no-shows. Despite prospects failing to attend scheduled meetings, those appointments were still counted toward SLA commitments.
What makes this even more disappointing is that Abstrakt was unable to meet the original SLA outlined in our agreement. After Abstrakt failed to meet the original appointment-based SLA, the engagement was transitioned to an activity-based SLA near the end of the contract in an effort to address ongoing performance concerns. As part of that transition, Abstrakt provided two additional months of service at no cost due to the performance issues.
Unfortunately, even after switching to an activity-based model and receiving the additional two months, the results did not improve. The same issues persisted, and the promised lead generation outcomes never materialized.
Throughout the engagement, we repeatedly raised concerns and provided feedback, but there was little evidence of meaningful adjustments being made. Instead, we continued to see the same patterns month after month.
We invested a significant amount of money and received very little return on that investment.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Abstrakt Marketing Group and would strongly encourage businesses to thoroughly evaluate alternative marketing partners before signing an agreement.

Zach, feedback like this matters to us. Meeting show rate is something we've tackled head-on throughout our work together, making continuous adjustments to support your team's goals. We have strong processes in place to encourage prospect attendance and buy-in, as well as reschedule procedures for those that don't attend scheduled meetings, but we understand this process can be frustrating so we've invested heavily in getting this right, including extending additional resources and runway well beyond the scope of our agreement and at no additional cost to your team.
We've reached out to continue to discuss your concerns directly.

If you're looking forLook Carefully Before Accepting an Offer a highly…
If you're looking for a highly professional, results-driven sales environment, this may not be the place for you.
The culture felt more like an adult daycare than a professional office. Between the constant celebrations, desk pounding, pom-poms, snacks, and weekly alcohol-focused events, there was often more emphasis on morale activities than professional development or meaningful sales training.
The role itself consisted primarily of making 150–170+ cold calls per day and scheduling appointments for clients. While management heavily promotes the company culture, I found the environment immature, overly theatrical, and lacking the professionalism expected from a serious sales organization.
In my experience, the company is poorly managed, places style over substance, and fails to provide the support needed for long-term employee success.
My experience at Abstrakt Marketing Group ultimately reinforced what I value in a professional workplace.

Thank you for sharing your perspective, Peter.
While we respect that not every workplace is the right fit for every individual, we disagree with several characterizations made in this review.
Abstrakt Marketing Group has built its success on developing sales professionals through structured training, accountability, performance coaching, and a results-oriented environment. Our team culture includes recognition, team-building activities, and celebrations of individual and collective achievements because we believe hard work and success should be acknowledged. These initiatives complement—not replace—our commitment to professional development and client results.
The role you describe is an entry-level sales position designed to help individuals develop communication, prospecting, and business development skills that are foundational to long-term career growth. Many current and former team members have leveraged these experiences into successful careers in sales, leadership, and business management.
We recognize that our fast-paced, high-energy culture may not align with everyone's preferences, and that's okay. However, we remain proud of the opportunities we provide, the results our team delivers for clients, and the professional growth achieved by those who embrace our development process.

SCAMMERS that won’t stop harassing
They got my contact info somehow and have been harassing me non stop to sign up for their services. I’ve asked multiple times to be unsubscribed and continue to get daily email solicitations.
Response from Abstrakt Marketing GroupSep 18, 2025
Adam, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ve already flagged this to our corporate marketing team to ensure your contact information is removed from all future communications. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused.

The over-promise then use…
They over-promise, then use technicalities to burn you out of their commitment and all the money you paid them.

We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Ian Suire, VP of Partner Success, worked diligently with your team, including providing free service since May to ensure our commitment to the 12-month guarantee was honored. While we strive to exceed expectations, certain obligations on your end were not upheld, which voided the guarantee. Despite this, Ian offered multiple options to move forward, including discounted terms, but we were unable to reach a resolution. We regret that we couldn’t come to an agreement and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Disappointing Experience with Unresponsive Service and Unmet Promises
Our experience with Abstrakt Marketing started off promisingly. The sales process was smooth, and our salesperson, Lauren, was exceptional. However, things took a turn for the worse once the contract was signed. Lauren became unresponsive and stopped replying to our emails.
We were then assigned an account manager who was not only unresponsive but also frequently missed scheduled meetings and came unprepared when they did show up. The expected results from their outgoing efforts were inconsistent with what was initially promised. They constantly tried to redefine their goals.
Despite our repeated requests to cancel, we were forced to continue due to the terms of the contract. Before signing, we were verbally assured that no one would be held in a contract against their will. Yet, when we tried to cancel, we had to pay a "true-up" fee for supposed "discounts" we received.
Escalating our cancelation requests led to a drawn-out process where we had to meet with a Director. The first meeting was a no-show, and the process had to restart with another Director. It took 129 days to finally cancel the contract, costing us dearly without any return on our investment.
During the cancelation process, they attempted to charge us several months' worth of damages as a cancelation fee on top of the "true-up" fee. When I mentioned leaving a negative review, they indicated they didn't care and insisted on the fees.
This was a deeply frustrating experience, causing significant disruption to our business and wasting valuable time and money. I would not recommend Abstrakt Marketing based on my experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any communication issues after the sales process. Our account manager was the main point of contact, and we will ensure our sales team addresses this better in the future.
We had regular meetings with your Sales Manager and appreciate having the entire decision-making team present during our monthly results meetings. This helps us provide updates on our progress and performance. We're also working on an update to our Partner Portal to enhance this process.
Our contracts outline cancellation terms and associated fees, which were discussed during the sales process. Although the cancellation took longer than expected, we did honor your early cancellation request.
We value your business and commitment to transparency. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

This organization defrauded me
This organization defrauded me. First off, I can understand a company taking on a subject and customer, unable to serve it, and explaining it in just that way.
However, that was not the case here. They claimed to be responsive to their mistake and correct it. Monthly they would get us to continue and we would find out they not only didn't target our real market but did not change that target when told to the useless rep and then the just as useless exec. As I canceled from month 3, they kept promising satisfaction and delivered no change, not to the wrong target and not to the right target. I guess that they had no department to do this as their brand kept sinking into bankruptcy (my guess). The company name they foisted off on us was Sapper Consulting. It is out of business now though Abstrakt is their owner having the same poor reviews.
They were dishonest and fraudulent if they were taking money with any service to give to us with the promise that it was coming, while we kept paying.
It seems fair to expect varying degrees of service (good and bad) but on this one, it was an apparent fraud. Especially given that they were out of business after I fired them.
