You guys were very great. Very knowledgeable very fast. Great customer service.

Though it was disappointing that my visa application to Saudi Arabia was not successful despite having what I was told by my sponsors in Saudi Arabia that all the required documents were provided. The consulate in LA wanted additional document. ABriggs however provided excellent service and communicated constantly with me to keep me posted. I thought they were most professional, efficient and courteous. I would happily recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

They got me my China visa exactly in the timeframe they said they would. 2 years ago these guys saved my butt by rushing a Brazilian visa that their competitors said they couldn't do. I will only do business with ABriggs after that.

From the first call to the last,Abriggs Seattle office helped me through that can be a stressful process of applying for an Indian visa. They were thorough as much as they were pleasant and re-assuring that all would be fine. I am so glad that I chose to work with Abriggs rather than attempt to do the whole applying for a visa on my own. A few aspects of the form were confusing and I would have wasted valuable time if I had sent it in as I had filled it out. They pointed out the changes needed to be made, even made a phone call on my behalf to clarify a detail. Most importantly, I received my visa on time! The only problem was with the FedEx delivery. They put in it the neighbors locked box, but according to the tracking records, the deliver man wrote that he had placed it at my front door. Not True! They had instead put it in a locked mailbox belonging to another neighbor, with a very different address than mine.I only knew it went into the neighbors box from another neighbors' security camera showing what happened. I called FedEx and they said they would get back to me within two hours with news regarding the package.When I called, I hadn't yet figured out what happened.By the way, they never got back to me, not in the two hour window that they said they would do so in, nor did they ever call back to do a follow upl...What if the neighbors whose locked box it was placed into had gone on vacation for a week? Boo on FEDEX... So the only drawback to Abriggs was how the visa and my passport got returned to me. Next time I might just drive into Seattle and get it from the office.
