In general Abriggs was extremely helpful, fast and reliable. I would approach them again right away for visa help. Luis was great! However there are two key points of improvement: - getting a quote suitable for international payment by foreign entity was a challenge. This took too long - friendliness on the phone at the LA office was not always satisfactory from a client perspective

Abriggs completed my Brazil visa transaction in a timely manner. I appreciated NOT HAVING DRAMA.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Abriggs staff. Irina and Marc expertly navigated the challenges of applying for a Russian visa.

I needed an expedited Visa for an upcoming business trip to China. I was a walk-in at their Charlotte, NC location. The visit was quick and painless, and my Visa was taken care of within days. Pleasant customer service, speedy processing, and convenient location.

Realized only two weeks before my vacation trip that my passport had expired. A Briggs was able to get my new passport in my hands with days to spare.

I'm very happy with Abriggs, in particular the NYC office and their handling of my Tier 5 Creative and Sportive Work Permit. They are so knowledgeable and their ability to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I am so thankful for them and this is the second time they have managed to help me successfully get my work permit sorted with the British Consulate. I am so happy Lucas Harvie was the person I had to deal with as he is amazing and helped me so much on both my work pemits.

I needed a Business Visa for Vietnam. The directions on the ABRIGGS website were clear and I submitted materials online and through the mail (e.g., passport to get VISA sticker). Very easy to do with ABRIGGS. I have my passport return with Visa stamp in less than 1 week. The one item that was "tough to swallow" was the fee....~$400.00. I'm not sure how much was the Visa itself and how much was the ABRIGGS processing and mailing. I will use them again for any upcoming trips to Vietnam.

This was a new experience for me so i have nothing to compare it to and did not have any particular expectations. I found the website information a little overwhelming but speaking to live agents was very helpful. Everything seemed to go smoothly and I was happy with the final results. thank you.
