I needed a China visa and they got it done for me very quickly. Any questions I had they answered immediately. The website is very 90s lots of link and information overload. They should take a page out of intuit's book who have created amazing products with turbotax and Mint.com.

My visa was obtained in just a few days, very efficient. The recommendations assumed the visa is needed in a hurry. I was not in a hurry, but there was no reference for how long the non-urgent request would take and I have so little experience with Briggs that I feared my request would get lost. There was nothing to base that on except my own anxiety for losing my passport. With over a month until my trip, I think I could have sent it a less expensive way.
