In booking a trip to India, Travisa lied to me and said that there were new regulations they had to follow for Visas to India. In fact, they had lost their exclusivity and had to use an Indian owned Visa provider. This caused more than a two week delay and twice had to cancel business meetings. Two weeks later I used ABriggs and it was smooth as silk. No delays and no problems.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Abriggs. I have already suggested them to a couple of friends who also received visas through them. I will continue to use them in the future without reservation.

Not inexpensive, but got me a Brazilian visa on fairly short notice with no hassles. In working through the online application process I had questions, called Abriggs and cleared things up in a short call with a very pleasant gentleman in the Seattle office. Have already recommended Abriggs to a couple of members of my family who are headed to Brazil later this year.

I wrote an independent review shortly after the experience. Gave your rep in LA and Washington D.C. top marks. I was put in a bad situation by the originator of my invitation letter to KSA. The original VISA Package was submitted in LA but the invitation letter was written to the DC Embassy. The whole package had to be sent to DC at the last minute to process. Your team pulled it off ( in the middle of a bad snow storm that closed the Embassy) and I made my travel dates. You are PROS. I'll be back!!

Needed a visa for Thailand but complicated by needing more pages in my passport. They accomplished it all

Had a chance to go on very nice trip . Had let my passport expire. Had just 4 days because post office was closed on Monday to get it renewed. Abriggs came to the rescue. Talked me through and made it happen!

Our 16-year old son was accepted as a counselor for an international children's camp in Sao Paolo, Brazil. We heard about it last minute and the Brazilian consulate in San Francisco had no appointments until after the trip! We called another "highly-rated" (at least on Yelp) visa expedite service and the guy said, "reschedule your trip." When I told him that was not possible and we had to find a way, he said, "There is no way your son is going to get a visa in time. Getting Visas for minor traveling without adults to Brazil is very complicated." Needless to say, I called Briggs. They said it was tight but they could do it. They dove right in, gave us daily updates, ended up sending the application through the New York consulate, and got it done with 5 days to spare!. They were fantastic to work with. Expensive, but if you have to turn around a Visa in a week, everyone in. They were the same price as the guys who said that it was impossible. They literally saved our son's trip!
