My package that was supposed to be delivered today has now been delayed and hopefully will be delivered tomorrow, but that isnt guaranteed either. So I asked the post office about holding it, do so I can pick it up myself. I was told I would have to file for a Package Intercept" and that their MIGHT be a "SMALL" charge. So I went online and tried to file it but when I got to the section where I had to make the "SMALL" payment, I couldn't beleive my eyes $20!!!!!!!! Are you out of your minds!!!!!! Its bad enough that I had my package delayed because of you, and no the storm did not affect my delivery. Thats a SLAP to my face!!!! I dont consider being charged $20 for having to pick up my package a "Small" fee! 10-14-2026. My package was supposed to be delivered by 6:10am this morning. Then it got.pushed back to between 12;30and 2:15PM. STILL NO DELIVERY! Now, its showing delivery by 6:50pm. I hope for your sake your driver finally delivers it by that time. Never going to pay for your service even if its for free! Fed ex so far at least in my area is the only one that does deliver on time.

I am new to the Clayton, NC post office. I’ve only used this post office to drop pre packaged and pre paid postage to ship. I have only used the dropbox inside. The packages do not show that they are in transit for 2-3 days. This is shocking. My last post office always had items out the same day. Now I will have to stand in line, ask for a receipt so I can get them scanned. Inconvenient but I just do what I need to do to get the packages shipped on time.

Today is Saturday October 3 , 2026 . My husband went into State Line Ms Post Office to retrieve our three packages. As usual the rude terrible 3’s pull their same crap cards they only gave him one of our three packages, but then turn around and mark the other package as undilverable but no apparent reason as to why . In the first place why did you withhold our packages when he came to pick them up ? These silly incompetent post office helpers are getting worse each time we complain about their poor service and poor work ethic and rude behavior. When will they receive proper training in people person skills? When will they be trained on how to properly do their jobs? I have made more than enough complaints for some changes to have been made by now . It’s giving not even the post office general/ management really cares about the behavior of the office help . Lisa was the best thing ever to happen along at Stateline Post office . These people in there now , need better training.

My package is missing says delivered but wasn't your thief's

This is usps 76244 location my two letters were ruined by this usps driver they opened my letter and the other one IT SAYS THERE DO NOT BEND BUT THEY BEND IT ANYWAY AOMI CANT USE MY ORDERED WAFER FOR MY CAKE.

Worst post office ever with no accountability when something goes wrong. Excuse after excuse. 0

It was my niece birthday and i sent a package oversea for 2 pounds to her, been waiting waiting for her to get, end up package was lost.it was not cheap for shipping cost international and the way the response like " sorry, can do anything if you don't buy insure for package ....i just wish someone out there do much better and care for delivered.

Lost my package no accountability postal workers are rude and don’t care. I use any other shipping method i can. A disgrace to the U.S.
