He is also able to absorb tough feedback without becoming defensive from me as a client when we hit places where the ABL approach can improve its users' experience such as their verification of mortgage procedures. It wears everyone out. Jackson will go to underwriting and the powers that be to advocate for his clients and wins some of those cases for reasonable exceptions to be made.

The overall experience was good. A little misleading with the interest rates being changed from the original to the commitment and then a total mishap on the final docs of a much higher rate. Outside that everything else was good. I hope the remaining experience will be as good or better.
