Nevers received my order.. complete fake website!!!!

I ordered a smart watch that could read glucose levels. The readings were not even close to accurate! So I wanted to return the watch. I had to video the issue, which I did. Glucometer reading 8.9/ watch 6.8. The said there was no issue and wouldn’t refund my money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Beyond shocking. Complete rip off DO NOT ORDER. I ordered the charmed book and arrived in Ireland damaged the box was waterlogged and returned via post. I emailed them to say it had been damaged and was being returned and requested a refund. They refused to refund me and for the next 2-3 weeks when I inquired they continuously sent me the same generic email that the tracking was delayed. Finally tried to take it further via PayPal and they again send the email about tracking with a number. The original item that was damaged was shipped from USA, the next one that arrived was shipped from china and is honestly little more than a notebook. Beyond disappointed and disgusted… €50 for something I wouldn’t spend €5 on. And they didn’t bother responding to my inquiry regarding the utter disparity between the images shown on the site and the rubbish I received. Oh and it’s missing loads of demons etc shown on the tv series … and they keep taking down the reviews I leave on their website

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Don’t order EVER!!! I ordered elf on the shelf and telescope in October to be delivered for Christmas 2022. It never arrived. Their customer service is an automatic response that says the same thing over and over again! It’s now Feb 2023 and have officially categorized them as FRAUD with my credit card company! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

In mid November I ordered some Harry Potter themed book ends as a Christmas gift for a friend, paid express postage to ensure it arrived in mid December. Instead it wasn’t even posted till after Christmas. When the book ends FINALLY arrived they looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures advertised online. This was without a doubt the worst online shopping experience that I’ve ever had! Firstly, the length of time it took to receive the items (even though I paid for express postage). Secondly, my numerous requests for a refund were completely ignored even though it was clear that nothing had been posted yet. And then finally when they arrive they are of an incredibly low quality that doesn’t even resemble what was advertised! I truly hope that this business is outed for the shameful, poor quality, dreadful service that it provides. Nothing but a scam!

I ordered a lamp, and I never received it! I got a tracking code to follow the shipping and since I'm in Italy I knew this might have been a long waiting. However the shipping process stopped once it reached the North of Italy after clearing the customs tax (which is weird). I NEVER received the product, I just got some random answers from the customer assistance (we'll check, we'll inform, we'll see...). I stopped to ask their help and I just wrote to Paypal to get my money back and about 20min later they gave me my money back! (On their paypal profile they suggest to not ask for help to paypal as it will be a very long procedure, but to write to them first because it will be quicker and easy, FALSE)

The Elf on the Shelf 12 Day kit is a complete scam. I purchased it on 10/22/22. Right off the bat, I was overcharged by $11 for shipping. I reached out to their customer service email before the payment cleared Paypal and my bank. They did apologize and credit me that amount back. The box arrived Dec. 6. Since we only purchased the 12 day, we didn’t start using it until Dec. 12. It was obvious when I opened it that it was not as nicely put together as the advertisement on their website. Day 1 was supposed to be the arrival letter. All that was included was a little card that said “Arrival Letter.” I had to create my own letter since it was missing. Since then we’ve done 3 more nights and each night is missing a major component. If all I was looking for were ideas, I could have save about $44 and Googled a list, which is what I’ve always done in the past. The idea was do have activities for the elves packaged and ready to go each night. I reached out to the company again yesterday and the best they could offer was a $2 refund. I’m truly disappointed and saddened to see so many others who have had the same experience.

Scam I ordered elf on the shelf accessories on 10/31 and still have received nothing on 12/10 and money was taken out of my account totally do not recommend.
