Great packing and loading for a cross-country move
We were moving 1,800 miles driving our own truck but we hired A Better Tripp to pack our townhouse and load the truck. We had a pretty strict moving budget and they worked with us both in advance as well as the day of the move to help us come in under budget. The moving crew was professional and was willing to stay late to ensure our move remained on schedule even in the face of multiple delays. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I would not recommend using this…
I would not recommend using this company for several reasons, bad communication between worker and customer, worker do not speak English. This company only concern is make the money or charging you for every thing they can and offer little service. They damage our expensive furniture and was not willing to replace it, before you sign with them read the fine print and or take out more insurance. They send worker that cannot explain any of there company policy, just hiding behind their disclaimer to only pay .60 per lb for damages.

These guys are the best moving company…
These guys are the best moving company I've encountered by far--and I've moved cross-country several times. They are also the best priced--far cheaper than the big guy moving companies. Polite, competent, hard-working, responsive---I can't say enough good things about them. I would not use any one else. There are a lot of scams out there, so beware--choose wisely. I recommend A Better Tripp.

I recently used A Better Tripp to move …
I recently used A Better Tripp to move my daughter from Houston to Dallas. I had used them before to move her across Houston, and since that move went well, decided to use them again. It turned out to be an excellent experience. They did everything in a professional manner and we had zero problems. I would highly recommend this company for any move, across town or across country.
