The Hidden fees are a tad bonkers, but the amount of paperwork they prepared makes up for it all, and I was able to request a refund on my deposit. Would recommend to use again. The paperwork was almost all ready to be refiled almost instantly.

User-friendly website that works well even through the phone. I enjoyed my time working with them very much. Nice online car auction platform.

Super easy to search vehicles, well organized inventory, many filters. Much less chaotic than other platforms. Overall experience was good.

Never expected such customer service - helpful, patient and really know the platform. I had a number of questions when placing my 1st bid and when expecting the delivery, the team definitely went through. Can mark this experience as top positive.

Overall very good. Not many platforms offer such a choice of RVs, here you are not limited to specific makes or models, so there's something for everyone. Pricing is good, auctions go transparently, no hidden fees. The delivery was ok.

The key is to research a car beforehand. I was able to buy a car in pretty good condition and save thousands, but it’s important to understand the risk before moving forward. Great company to do business with.
