Aberdeen Broadcast ServicesOur core focus is serving the broadcast community where the combination of captioning and file delivery provides a much-needed last-logistical link between the producer and the broadcast outlet. We have worked hard to earn a reputation of trust where we ensure the producers’ program is delivered on time, allowing the editor to sleep soundly. We know that we’re not only simplifying the workflow for the broadcasters we serve but also making a difference for the viewers who depend on accessible programming. By providing accurate, high-quality captioning work for the viewers, we ensure equal access and an enjoyable program experience for all.

Aberdeen has been my ‘go to’ captioning and digital delivery service since 2008. They have been 100% reliable and consistent over all these years. When I’ve had rush jobs or any type of last minute changes they have always been able to accommodate my needs with professionalism and excellence. Aberdeen is my first recommendation to anyone looking for captioning services.

Aberdeen were one of many captioning companies that we interviewed to help us in captioning our online stream. We wanted to stream in English and Spanish captions. They have always been so helpful and available if we ever have any questions or concerns. Their captioners are always so polite and on time. I would recommend aberdeen for anyone in need of live captioning.

Exodus Cry has been working with Aberdeen to translate subtitles for our films for quite some time and we have always been extremely pleased with the final product! The professionalism and friendliness we encounter when we work with them on projects makes the workflow smooth and simple. Our work is highly nuanced, so accuracy in linguistics is vital to our success. Aberdeen has taken the time to understand our content and purpose with each project, as well as our overall mission with our work.

We had an opportunity to use Aberdeen services for a major virtual summit, and their team was so resourceful. Additionally, during the pre-planning process, they assisted our team with ensuring we had all our breakout sessions and main stage presentations technically ready prior to the day of the event. They were truly invested in the success of our event and viewed us as partner rather than just a client. We look forward to working with them for future events!

Aberdeen has been excellent for us in both closed captioning and file transfer. I know that if I get my files to them in time that they will deliver a professionally closed caption file on time and in the correct spec's that the receiver needs. If there is every issues they are quick to connect and quick to help resolve any issues that make come up.

Aberdeen has been a pivotal part of our delivery for our TV outlets for years. Not only do they deliver with accuracy, excellence, and often under short timelines, but they also provide exceptional customer service. To maintain this level of service while distributing and captioning the mass amount of media we produce makes working with them a joy! It’s rare in this industry to find such a dedicated, efficient, and kind partner. Alex is personable and makes communication with Aberdeen that much more enjoyable. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Marcus from Leading The Way

RVing Today TV has been working with Abercap for around 8-years for all our captioning and program delivery needs. When it comes to services Abercap has everything any production company would need along with five-star customer service. Once our program is in their hands, we know the job will be done correctly and our stations will receive the completed program files on time. The whole staff is pro-active and customer service is second to none. In other words, after 8-years, we wouldn't think of using any other company.
