They charged my credit card $60 the same day the 30 day free trial started. There was no notification that they were going to do this. When I emailed to dispute it, there was no apology, no justification as to why they would charge you the first day of a 30 day free trial. Also, they will charge your credit card a $1 fee a month for the subscription. It's not worth this exorbitant cost. I recommend Reading Eggs over this one any day.

Don't get this, not worth it and ABC mouse makes it impossible to cancel. Been paying£7.99 per month for five months for nothing.

We took up a trial for our 3.5 year old son, and the interface for this on the iPad is awful. This clearly hasn't been designed for a good iPad experience, simply linking out to their website. Interface is unclear for younger children. Also, marketing in the UK, this is a US based product, with no option of choosing UK language settings. This will cause confusion for younger children. It seems like some of the basics have been missed off here.

Downloaded this garbage because it is suppose to be free for educators. Downloaded it fine to my iPad however the program wouldn’t run. None of the 8 Apps in the abc mouse bundle responded. How in the world do you create a a program that isn’t accessible via mobile devices. We live in a mobile accessible world. For whatever the excuse abc mouse has for their apps not working will not really matter. I’m never using it again. That goes for home or work. Signed pissed off educator whose time you wasted.

Yep, they got me suckered in too. I am really disappointed with this company. I was fished in with a month free trial. When I signed up, I could not get passed a page where they asked you what payment option you would like to choose. I thought this was a free months trial and I had to pick an option for after the trial ended. Well...I picked an option and they charged my right away. I couldn't reach ABC Mouse to get a refund...Terrible customer service. Praying on parents who want to check it out for their children's benefit.

NEVER SIGN UP!! free trial is a LIE! they charged you right away and will not give your money back. They said they dont issue refund. The site is not a user friendly for kids. There are other better site and cheaper. this one is a scammer

Avoid!!! signed up for the 30 day free trial yesterday , and it said "don't worry no payment will be taken until the 30days are up". Checked my bank this morning and the have taken 2payments. I have tried to contact them with no success. Really annoyed as wanted to see if it was suitable for my children before I signed up. I have emailed them demanding my money back but waiting to hear back. I have cancelled it through the site but it is saying that the services with remain active until July as I have paid upto them.... Total scam as I made sure to sign up for 30day trial.
