I placed an order yesterday, but haven’t received an email confirmation.I have no idea on the expected date of delivery as I did not receive any update on the order status yet. I tried contacting them through the contact us link on their website but haven’t received any reply or acknowledgement. Update: Very prompt response from an executive through email ! I got an update on my order with tracking ID.Really appreciate! Meanwhile please check the system generated email failure issue.

Dear Dharshini, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Confirmation emails are sent automatically, however they are sometimes ambushed by spam filters and there is nothing we can do about that. Please check your spam / bulk folder. If you add us to your contacts, this is much less likely to happen. There is no email from you on the system. In any case, your order is on its way to you.
