Canceled me at the last minute!! Order Number 11379980
I had set up a shipping date with this company, because of their good reviews. The late morning the car was to be picked up, I got a text from the driver, asking me if I had booked with other companies. I told him no, this was the only company I'd booked with and I was counting on him to transport my car. He told me I had booked with other companies--basically calling me a liar--and canceled! At the last minute! Frantic--I was flying out the next morning--I called ABC and told them what had happened. I told them I needed them to find another transporter, and that I expected to pay the same price. The fee went up $400, and someone did pick up the car early the next morning. This whole thing was very upsetting and unprofessional, and significantly more expensive than originally planned. Order Number 11379980.

Dear reviewer, unfortunately we are not able to confirm that this review is based on genuine experience since it has some misleading and incorrect information. Besides, our manager tried contacting the number for the order you specified to confirm the authenticity of the review as well as to discuss the details, but nobody ever responded or returned the call. We’d also like to point out that all carriers we work with are independent contractors, whom we have no control of. In regard to the above, drivers can cancel any reservation if they believe that customer is working with more than one company. Please keep in mind that all carrier companies have access to the national board used by all participants of the industry to monitor new and existing loads.
