However, after thoroughly reviewing your case we found your review to contain misleading, untrue and incorrect information, and we have proof for this. Based on your review, we understand that you requested your quote not just from us, but from many different companies, which was why you received “Incessant calls and text” (i.e. those calls were NOT from us). Also, please note that your initial quote was provided based on similar routes, and you agent explained to you multiple times that it was just an estimate, and that the final price would be based on actual offers from carriers. This is also mentioned multiple times in the contract that you signed. Moreover, it’s explained in the video available on our website and in the email with the initial quote. In addition, it’s mentioned numerous times in sections How It Works and FAQs on our website. What’s more, on our website’s page How To Choose A Car Shipping Company we explain how to avoid “bait-and-switch” and stay away from dishonest brokers who give empty promises just to lock you into the contract, and who promise that they have drivers on standby and then cancel last minute on you, or who take upfront payments, charge booking fees, etc. As opposed to such dishonest brokers, we are a customer oriented company whose number one priority and ultimate objective is customer satisfaction. We do everything we can to make the whole process transparent and clear for our valued customers since we strive to build long-term relationship with our clients. That being said, as soon as we received offers from carriers we presented them to you and it was you who decided whether to accept or decline such offers. We are sorry you did not like the price offered by carriers for your route, but please understand that since carrier companies are independent third-party contractors, we have no control over their offers. Your agent explained this to you and suggested that as an option you could wait for offers from other carriers, but you decided to cancel (please note that we did not charge you anything). To summarize, being a top rated professional with rich experience in the industry, your agent gave his absolute best to find you a suitable driver for the best price possible. Kenneth, we are sorry to hear about your experience. We’ve thoroughly reviewed your complaint and found it to contain some misleading and incorrect information. Firstly, please understand that we are brokers (i.e. not carriers), and our job is to arrange for shipping of a customer’s vehicle with a carrier company, who are an independent third-party contractor, and of whom we have no control of since we are a middleman between a customer and a carrier company. Secondly, you were originally provided with a quote, i.e. an estimated (not guaranteed) price and time frame for completion of services which is confirmed by the contract. Thirdly, although we understand that you made your reservation a month ahead to avoid any inconveniences and ensure the pick up date, but auto transport industry does not work this way - please understand it’s is nothing like Amazon, or FedEx, or UPS and it does not have same resources. Please also note that at the time of booking your agent informed you that the driver could not be assigned a month prior to the shipping, but around 3-5 days before pick up. We hope you understand that many carriers are one-man companies, where the owner is the driver and dispatcher, who builds his own schedule on a short notice based on the loads offered at the then-current time period on the national load board used by the vast majority of brokers and carriers - this is the way they build their schedule, and, once again, we do not have any control over carrier companies as they are independent third-party contractors. According to our records, once we got the option which met your initial price and date expectations, the carrier was assigned right away. After the unfortunate cancellation by the driver who told us that your vehicle was too long for his hauler (please, note that this was not something we could control as detailed above), your agent started looking for alternative options to ship your vehicle. Please, also note that your statement «they do not keep their word and the service is horrible» is also misleading since we had two drivers, who could be there on the required date, and you knew this. Besides, your shipping agent was in touch with them trying to arrange for a more precise pick-up time. As a customer, it is you to decide if you want to proceed with those options or not. And it was solely your decision to cancel the shipping since, as you said to your agent, you found a company who promised you a driver and guaranteed pick-up on June 23 (Friday). Although you cancelled your order, your agent still reached out to you to let you know that said other company was posting your vehicle on the board in the morning, which meant they did not have the driver as they told you and were looking for one. Please note that your agent did not have to notify you about it since you cancelled your order, but she still did this since we deeply care about our customers and their satisfaction with our services. Dear Wendy, We are sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your recent experience. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding the situation you have described in your review. First of all, we’d like to point out that we cannot be held responsible for any cancellations by a third-party. Please understand that we have no control over the carrier company’s business operations and we notified you regarding their cancellation as soon as we found out about it ourselves. Nevertheless, we apologize for any inconvenience resulting therefrom. Secondly, the contract you signed with us allowed us to find you a new carrier within five (5) business days. During the booking process you never mentioned that you were leaving on Monday, which put us into a heavy time constraint considering how unpopular your route was. Now, your agent tried his best and came up with at least several options that were presented to you. You declined all of them. Even though, we had the right to continue looking for a driver for another three (3) business days, your agent offered you an option to cancel without any cancellation fee since we are a customer-oriented company and satisfaction of our valued customers is our ultimate objective and number one priority. To summarize, we never intended to inconvenience you, but instead acted in your best interests. Your agent spent a lot of time working on your order FOR FREE FOR YOU and even managed to waive your cancellation fee since he understood your situation and wanted to make sure that you had the flexibility to explore other options without any financial burden such as the cancellation fee mentioned above. However, instead of gratitude for his FREE hard work for you and his willingness to compromise you “rewarded” him with this misleading review. Dear Terry, We are sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your transportation, however, after reviewing your complaint we found it to contain some incorrect and misleading information. We consider ourselves to be a customer-oriented company who always strives to accommodate your needs to the fullest extent, and we train our staff accordingly. I believe that this is very reflective in how your agent handled the unexpected cancelation of the initial driver. We hope you understand that the carrier company transporting your vehicle is an independent contractor and we have no control over their business operations. Therefore, the initial cancelation was as unexpected for us as it was for you. Knowing that you have limited pick up availability, your agent did his best to find you not only the most convenient option (pick up was the same day), but also the most reasonably priced, considering that the average market price on this route was very much above $900 that you paid. Nevertheless, we completely understand that paying a higher amount is not something a customer would want to do. That is why, according to our records, your agent managed to reduce the price by finding and providing the carrier with another vehicle to transport on your route. Moreover, we provided you with an extra discount for your inconvenience that reduced the total price further. Please, also note that nobody was forcing you to go with the new driver. Your agent only provided you with the best option we had at that moment and you had every right to decline it.

Another thing we wanted to address is that every statement from the dispatcher of the carrier company that you claim they made is far from actual truth. As you probably remember, our manager contacted you regarding this situation and explained in detail that we had proof, including, but not limited to, Dispatch Sheet signed by Carrier, text messages with the Carrier, etc., that prove it was the carrier company who overpromised and then delayed your transportation . Your agent, therefore, should not be held responsible for the delay and “over-promising” as he was told by the dispatcher that the delivery will be on Monday. Moreover, we reached out to the Carrier and they claim they never told you any of what you mentioned in your review. As mentioned above, we have supporting documentation, text messages (SMS) and other proof. Being a customer-oriented company, your satisfaction is our ultimate objective and number one priority. As detailed above, your agent did his absolute best getting your vehicle transported in a timely and safely manner. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

Michael, we'd like to apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that said cancellation was not something we were in control of since we are a middleman between you and the carrier company. We’d also like to point out that your review contains some misleading and incorrect information. Our agent notified you right away during his business hours (Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm, EST), but you were unavailable. When you became available after his business hours, you sent him several rude texts, and left a few voicemails with curse words. Besides, later on the same day our after-hours support reached out to you to offer a number of solutions, but you were also extremely disrespectful and rude to our rep and hung up on him. Here at ABC Car Shipping we have zero tolerance policy to rude, abusive and aggressive behavior. We strongly believe that every human being should be treated with dignity and respect. However, we understand that you were stressed out, which is why even after that our manager tried to contact you for the next two (2) days, but all his calls went directly to your voicemail. He also sent you a text, but received no response. That being said, your words “offered me no solution” used in your review are totally not true. However, being a professional, reliable, trustworthy and customer oriented company, satisfaction of our clients is our number one priority and ultimate objective.
