YouTube improperly banned me from Chat Support, nonsensically, from asking why my account had been flagged for suspicious activity. My community manager then launched an investigation on my behalf. The two departments didn't communicate, and they took it out on me, by banning me, despite not having done anything wrong. The company than didn't even tell me, until four months later. They also falsely flagged me for "web scrapping", which is what kicked it all off from the start. This isn't the first time that Google has been absurd in this manner to me.
