A REAL person helps me . . . NOT AI
Everytime I call I get to talk to a REAL person. That is super! And they are able to help me with the situation EVEN IF it appears that the cause of the problem is the doctor's office. They are friendly, helpful and give me assurances that the supplies will arrive in a timely manner: I will not run out. That is REALLY comforting to someone who is new to this whole process.
