My inter-action with all of the people I spoke with was productive & pleasant. No problems with them understanding my needs & dealing with them. My only issue was the company did not receive the authorization form I sent them in the mail. This created a delay in receiving my next order. Fortunately, as I am too old to deal with internet issues, a family member was able to do what needed to be done for me on my computer & once it was received by ABC, my order was shipped & everything was fine. Due to this issue, I only gave you 4 stars. Otherwise, it would have been 5.

The people who answer the phone are very pleasant to talk with and answer any questions I might have. I get my supplies as quickly as is possible.

It was above all that has been going on.... you arn't always on the text or phone and pushing your product....I have always had that high on my list.... Others are on the wire taking time from what little time we have to get stuff done....If there was any miss spellings I think that says it all.... Thank You Jim M 5 11 2025 ....

Everything up to date has been fine I received my order pretty much on time I have no problems with my service.

Responded to my request in a timely manner. Replacement items were shipped and delivered as ordered, meeting my expectations.

We have had our second order completed. The second & last order came with urinary drainage bags but without a hanger to hang the bag bedside. I called Coloplast, they gave me the part #, told me to call ABC Medical. I did call & had a lengthy talk. I still have no hanger & no call back. Not helpful. Could someone help me & look into this?
